Private Beach access is located on the property. ( 2 minute walk across the street).

Water view of the Lemon Bay from your private balcony.
Watch the sun rise while enjoying your morning coffee.
Observe the dolphins ,manatee and wildlife as they go through their daily routines.

We are a NO SMOKING ,NO VAPING ,NO PETS allowed condo assoc.

There are no high-rise buildings and no traffic lights.
Everything is within walking distance.
Manasota key is a small seaside town with an Old Florida vibe!
Very peaceful area to unwind and just enjoy life!

Most buildings on the Island are older structures.
Many are updated but still have dated layouts.
We were very fortunate to find a new property.
Built in late 2016 and purchased NEW in 2018.

Private , off street parking located directly beneath condo.

Nicely appointed unit with granite counters, stainless appliances and tile floors throughout.

This condo has a kitchenette.There is NO range.It does have a microwave, double portable countertop burner, electric skillet and toaster which is fine for breakfast, lunch and small dinners.

1/4 mile to local restaurants ,bars, package store, beach apparel shops, boat and beach rentals ,fishing charters, etc.

New Heated Pool w/ gas grill located directly outside unit.

Additional gas grilles available poolside.
There are also 2 gas grilles located oceanside at our outdoor kitchen area located just across the street.
You can grille while having a cocktail as you watch the sunset on the beach just a few feet away.

Bayside there are 5 docks available for your boating and fishing enjoyment only 100' away.
Bring your own boat or rent one locally.
First come ,first serve complimentary slip availability for OUR guests. Reservations ARE required prior to arrival.NO ONSITE TRAILER PARKING ALLOWED.
Local, short term, off site trailer storage can be arranged.Fees apply.

THIS IS THE ONLY STUDIO IN OUR COMPLEX WITH A KING SIZE BED.
Nice oversize full bath with shower.

Beach chairs , shark tooth and shell rake, cooler are located in a storage locker just outside the unit for your enjoyment.

Walk, drive or take a free shuttle anywhere on the Island.
This is a great spot for a short or extended stay.

Regarding cancellations:
Please consider purchasing trip protection in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
It is very inexpensive and great piece of mind!

Our host was wonderful and kept us up to date with information we needed to get entry and all of the amenities they provided as part of their rental. The property is very well cared for and our arrival was excellent - the condo was very clean and ready for us. We were also very pleased with all of the items they provide for their customers - like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We had a great stay and appreciate all that the owners provided.

Talk about an amazing experience! We were able to check in early and everything was just as described. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great view of the bay. I spent the day fishing from the beach or bay docks. My wife found a ton of shark teeth on the beach. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, and all the necessary items so we didn’t need to go shopping. We’ll definitely be back!

Immaculately clean, well laid out with all the comforts of home. Walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Definitely will rent again and recommend this property highly. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Island Breeze on Manasota Key!

My husband and I stayed for a week on Manasota Key, right across from the beach, with the Bay in our back yard! The studio was very clean, had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive in answering any questions we had while we were there. Nothing not to like about the accommodations and location, we will definitely be coming back, already booking for next year!

Incredible Sunrise!, Super Clean, Great Location

We LOVED this sweet studio! Super GREAT location, SUPER, SUPER clean, and comfortable.The owner thought about everything! The kitchenette is perfect with the hot plates to make a big breakfast, all sides for dinner and a salad. We enjoyed the gas grills and ate 3 to 4 meals in the unit very comfortably.The shower is large & has great water pressure! The best part is the balcony overlooking Lemon Bay where we watched some of the most incredible sunrises! The bed was big and comfortable, we slept great!Lots of restaurants within walking distance! Beach was a quick walk across the street. We used an umbrella and 2 beach chairs the owner had provided. Water is a beautiful aqua blue with some emerald greens in the Gulf of America.
Walking the beach has some remnants from the hurricane.

Anniversary Celebration

This place was great from the moment we arrived , We were celebrating our 1st anniversary and this condo was the perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. Having a clean and well accessible accommodation was my priority and I was not disappointed. Would recommend as well as returning for another go round. Island Breeze 21B

Leo's studio unit, 21B, at Manasota Key was wonderful. Clean and well appointed, the condo was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, and just across the street from the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (including a coffee maker AND Keurig machine), and the king sized bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend the unit, and would not hesitate to stay again!

Everything is exactly as stated in the listing. A short walk one way will put you by the bay, and a 2 minute walk will put you in the sand on the gulf. The studio was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I parked my car at the property and walked to all the restaurants (no more than 15 to 20 minutes walk). Leo responded quickly and politely to all my questions. I would recommend staying with him again.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful unit! Such a charming and quaint island with no stoplights. You can walk to or bike to everything... beach, dining, or store. The restaurants are amazing! We loved the old fashioned Geraldi's Pizza place, hand made where he twirls the dough in the air and wears a chef hat (take out only)!!!. Beach Road is a gorgeous drive on the way to Manasota Beach. The location is perfect, between Lemon Bay and the gulf. The property is well maintained and very clean. Leo was very kind and gracious to accommodate our last minute change in our stay. Thank you Leo!

Beach get away

The room was nice for just 2 people. The balcony was a little too small with only partial view of the bay. Easy access to beach across the street and close to restaurants. Only complaint I have is that there were no elevators and I’m temporarily handicapped from ankle surgery. There was nothing on the website to make that clear . We were on the 2nd floor and it was difficult for me to climb 2 flights of stairs the whole week we were there. It is not handicap accessible! This needs to be made clear on the website if they are going to advertise to the public to rent! Other than that we managed and had a good time. Stephanie

Property was Beautiful and very Clean

Communication was not very clear. Before booking I asked if our boat could be accommodated was told yes. However when we got to the property there was a dock but no where to park our trailer therefore we had to pay a local place to let us park our boat trailer. That was not communicated to us until the day of check-in. It should of been communicated prior when I asked if our boat would be accoundated. However the Unit was Beautiful and very clean we just had that inconvenience at the last min. But we made the best of it.
