You will fall in love with this beautifully designed Laurel Grove cottage in The Resort! Our location is ideal……just steps from the Laurel Grove clubhouse where you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, mini-kitchen, outdoor grill area and state of the art exercise room. The neighborhood also features several ponds for guests to fish. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, the Baytowne Wharf is a short golf cart ride away. The sandy white beaches of the Resort are a 10-12 minute golf cart ride from the home.

Everything is top of the line, and no detail has been overlooked! With a touch of sophistication, our cottage is designed in earthy colors and sleek furnishings. The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, private bath with large soaking tub, and separate shower. A guest bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed and private bath. Upstairs you will find a spacious and private third bedroom with two queen beds and a bath. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our sunny dining area seats six with additional kitchen bar seating. Sit outside on the back porch and take in a peaceful view of the golf course and pond.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Golf getaway

Convenient location for golf, Grand Blvd. and outlet mall. Less crowded than beach properties. Only negative was that the property description indicated a sofa sleeper with linens that is not there.

Great Family Vacation!!

Sweet place

House needed a few things. Vacuum should be checked .. noticed water under the kitchen sink. Had to call guest services several times to fix issues.

4th Time Renters at this location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Somewhat disappointed this time renting. This was our 4th stay at this location. Our major problem was with the condition of the carpeting in the Master bedroom. It appeared to have not been cleaned in years. It is in major need of cleaning. We have also mentioned before how dark it seems in the living room. We always take 2 or 3 lamps with us to brighten it up a little. Also, we had to have mtce show up two times to stop the chirping from the fire alarms. Somebody should change all batteries more regularly and not just when a renter calls.

Happy we got a house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we rented a house at Destin, instead of a beach condo. It rained almost every day during out week long trip and we were glad we had the extra room along with the screened in back porch and the golf cart was a big bonus. Kids loved every minute of it. Definitely a different type of trip, but the beach was still convenient to get to with about a 10 or 12 minute golf cart ride. Would stay here again for sure.

We Loved the golf cart and the house , and we will be coming back for a perfect vacation each year as we have been for 20 years now ! The management company was terrific about communication and making sure we could talk to someone immediately if we had a question or needed help with anything!

1279 Laurel Way is the best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time to rent from Beach Blue, the second time to rent 1279 Laurel Way. We love the house, we love the location, and we love the setting. My favorite part is sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee. I’m watching the ducks swim in the pond. I’m watching the joggers run the golf cart path along the fairway across the pond. We love it so much that we came home and reserved the same house for the same time next year.

Great Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with really only one issue! The Clothes Dryer did not work for 5 of the 7 days we were there. We were alerted to the issue on Sunday evening our first day by the management company and that they would have someone out tomorrow to fix it but no one came out until Thursday afternoon to fix it...This did impact our stay especially with 7 ppl in our party. I was told we would receive compensation for not having a dryer.. We got $162 back...lol Since we knew we were going to have a Washer/Dryer we did not bring a ton of clothes.. So this was a major impact on our stay. However other than this one issue we really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!

Great fun stay!

Property was super nice and spacious. Golf cart to Publix was super clutch. Went for my birthday week, had a blast! Everything was in driving/cheap uber distances! Beautiful location and simply comfy modern house!

One Word- Perfect!!!

We had an awesome stay & didn't want to leave. We are definitely planning our next vacation soon. Everything was exceptionally clean and inviting. No complaints at all. Felt so much like home.💛🌞🥰
