We bring you, "Sugar Pines," a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Laurel Grove! The community has its own heated pool, hot tub, and gym for only those staying in the neighborhood - nice perk! A 6-Seater golf cart is included for cruising the resort and heading to the private beach access as well as TRAM PASSES. You'll enjoy being amongst gorgeous pine trees while on your beach vacation!

"Sugar Pines" is a disability and child-friendly house in Laurel Grove within the resort of Sandestin®. It is situated with only 3 steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the main floor of the house (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).

There is a king-sized bed in the large, 1st floor main bedroom, with its own private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The main suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

A queen-sized bed is in the additional first-floor bedroom with en-suite access to a private, full bathroom.

A king bed in the large, lofted bedroom, with en-suite access to a private, full bathroom, rounds out the spacious sleeping arrangements at "Sugar Pines."

Every bedroom has canned ceiling lights and a ceiling fan. The rooms are light and bright, and you'll just love them!

The living room has a sofa and additional chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. You will find a Bluetooth speaker ready to be linked to your phone to stream the music you enjoy. The living room also has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Sugar Pines."

This privately-owned home has a large kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available, along with a regular coffee maker.

There is a stacked FULL-SIZE washer and dryer in the main floor laundry closet with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Sugar Pines" is fantastic! A covered porch is on the back of the house complete with comfortable chairs to enjoy those quiet mornings. The front porch is just as lovely with lots of room!

"Sugar Pines" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the Lakeside nestled amongst golf courses, mature trees, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 2 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, tram, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 2 miles of the front door! * In addition to the golf cart, we are also providing TRAM PASSES for easier beach parking and safer trips home from Baytowne!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the golf cart, a full-sized stacked washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, high-end bathroom amenities, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.

* Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned
