The condo has beautiful Sunbrella furniture with sofa with a comfortable 6 inch mattress, and a large flat screen TV in living room. Feel safe and secure when you walk off the patio into the fenced yard area and shuffle board patio. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Some sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased on the beach. From the condo you can go into the fenced pool area or go out the fence to the beach. Perfect for families with small children or seniors. This condo offers the perfect combination - the convenience of a first floor unit in a smaller complex with the amenities of an upscale condominium.
