This top floor (6th) condo is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. This unit has a great unobstructed view with a king sized bed in master with a full attached bath. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, a full kitchen and a 2nd full bath. There is a spacious living room with a new flat screen TV and plenty of seating. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying the sunsets while dining on the patio. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer across from the front door of the condo. The large/deep balcony always has shade and sun! Whether you enjoy laying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. This complex is about a 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 1 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.

We Loved the condo and location! The set up of the condo was great, sleeper sofas were very comfortable. Loved that it has its own washer and dryer. Would love to stay in this unit again. Everyone we met was friendly.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

My family and I just got back from this property and absolutely loved it. We stay in FL every Summer and this is by far the best one we've stayed at thus far. The check-in process is super easy and we couldn't have asked for a better view or location. It is close to all the fun arcades, good food, and not far from a Wal-Mart and Pier park. We will definitley book here again.

Wonderful experience!! Will definitely be back. Very quiet area in comparison to other areas in PCB. Condo was clean and stocked well. Layout was great for sleeping. 2 queen sleepers and a king!! Big balcony, perfect view. Beach chairs and umbrellas in condo for use! We loved it!! Thank you!

A slice of heaven

Mariner East was a slice of heaven! Beautiful balcony view of the white sand and clear water. Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen was well stocked, unit was clean and nice, and the laundry room was a plus! The property manager was very helpful and always responded immediately to any question I had. The location of Mariner East was perfect because it was quiet and away from the busyness of PCB. We will definitely be back!

Nice! But, needs updated mattress.

My only complaint is that there should be king size sheets on a king size bed. I fought with the small fitted sheet all week. Also, the king bed itself could use an upgrade. The mattress is terrible and they try to accommodate by using a foam topper that gets incredibly HOT during the night. (Which also may be why the fitted sheet would not stay put). Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

They were still working on painting the building outside but the noise was very minimum. The property looked nice and looked like they were doing upgrade but the room we styed in was really nice. Everything worked. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again.

The Place You're Looking For

This is the one. It has a perfect, unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. You can be on the beach from the condo in 45 seconds. Easy access and good proximity to many of the tourist-y things you'd want to do. It's also one of the last remaining spots on the beach that isn't covered up with pay umbrellas. We loved our stay. My one complaint is that our patio furniture was all stacked up inside the condo when we arrived, but carrying a chair 10 feet is a very small price to pay. When we return to PCB, we will likely try to book this condo again if it is available. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was fairly clean although could use a good deep cleaning. Had everything that we needed for our stay. The washer and dryer is outside across the hall and was a little inconvenient but worked out ok for us. I was a little shocked at the lack of friendliness of the neighbors. We are a very quiet bunch, there was only 3 of us. Donā€™t bother anyone and kept to ourselves. I was yelled at by a resident at the neighboring complex because I drove through their parking lot. I was in total shock because we had just arrived there after a 12 1/2 hour drive and I couldnā€™t find the correct condo. I understand this was no fault of the condo owner or manager in which we stayed.

Annual Beach Trip with grandchildren

The view was wonderful, the room was great, very roomy. They kitchen was supplied with everything and more that we would need. Only one grand was able to go, so we were able to keep one sofa bed open all the time and still had plenty of room. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to clarify the washer/drier is not in the unit but across from the unit in the breezeway in a locked storage area. This did not present a problem after we found where it was, which was just a phone call to locate. Also, the unit did not have a broom, I sent texts to both numbers and did not get a response. I asked the gentlemen in the office downstairs where I could get one, he offered to let me borrow his, if I would bring it back. The seating area on the balcony was very nice, we could sit outside and be in the shade. The owner could not verify beach chairs were available, so we brought our own, but we found 6 chairs in the laundry storage room. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Pre 4th of July Stay - great location

The condo is in a great location - far east side of PCB. You can avoid all front beach traffic. There are plenty restaurants at the Marina with grocery store close by as well. Travelers - bring your own towels and beach towels. The condo towels are great for kids but not really suited to adults. The washer/dryer is actually located in the storage unit across the hall from the condo - this wasn't obvious to me when reading the details but i could've easily missed. We will definitely look to use this again.

Great stay

This property was exactly as advertised. Great view with large balcony. Easy access to the beach. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool also. Loved having access to laundry and the beach toys and chairs. Couldnā€™t have asked for anything better. Would definitely come back.

Overall a great place

View was spectacular. Access and amenities were fantastic. Condo was just a little dirtier than we would have liked upon arrival (floors were super sandy, sand in the bed, baseboards were dusty). Nothing that would keep us from coming back. Management was super responsive and helpful

We have stayed at Mariner East before and love the size and location. Our unit was nice and we loved the new chairs and table on the deck the most! Unit was super clean. We will plan to book again in the fall.

Very nice get-away

Very nice accommodation. Only things missing were a dustpan, can opener, and vacuum that worked. Location was great, room was great. Had problems with elevator a couple days, but was finally fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront location!

We enjoyed our week at Biltmore Beach. The property managers are the best we have ever worked with! Cindy recommended several restaurants that were so fabulous we visited multiple times. We had a couple of issues with the condo, and they were available to resolve them in person both times. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, you wonā€™t find prettier sand or water.
