Franks Beach House is a beautiful three bedroom, two bath direct Gulf front home located at 3212 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach. It features a very large open deck facing the beach as well as a screened lanai for when you want a little shade. The expansive beach stretches for miles in either direction.

This spacious and comfortable home is located on a secluded beach and has updates cabinets with granite countertops; appliances in the kitchen; furniture, linens and electronics. Two large picture windows have been added to provide an even better view of the beach! It’s less than a five minute walk to shopping and restaurants.

Amenities include washer, dryer, microwave, fireplace, large garden bathtub, gas grill and undercover parking. It has a 51” flat screen television in the living room with a Bose® system. The second and third bedrooms features 43” smart TV's. The storage room has beach toys and beach chairs for your use. Franks Beach House sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom.

One week minimum rental is required.
Parking is limited to three vehicles.
Not a pet friendly rental.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Nice home, great location, house smells

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the home and location but the house smells terrible. It hits you when you walk in but think that maybe it's just been closed up and needs air but it doesn't go away. When we got home and unpacked we had to wash everything we took , coats, hats, everything, even if we didn't wear it. We got to thinking what we were breathing all week , mold ? Smell definitely needs to be investigated. Wouldn't recommend until that is addressed.

Frank’s Beach House

Great house with beautiful beach views. Everything you might need, including beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Great kitchen supplies and overall wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

2nd visit

Our second time at this property and we plan to return. It is on a quiet beach, has a very well stocked kitchen, great living space, terrific deck for morning coffee and evening beverages, walking distance to drugstore, Publix, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, cafes, and a few shops.

Best location on Anna Maria.

The location was spectacular. Right on a private beach, close to the grocery store and short golf cart ride from everything on the island. The house cleaning side did have a few issues (no trash bags, no dish soap, only one partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dirty hand prints on the front door and bathroom doors), but I’m certain the management company will get those issues fixed. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Everyone in the family had a great time.

Perfect beach stay

This house is clean, well-equipped, and most importantly sits on a gorgeous beachfront spot. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the sun set and literally walking down the steps to the beach. Toddler friendly too: easy to close off the open living space and steps to a Publix. Would happily stay here again.

We love the house, so spacious and airy. Love the views of and walkout to the beach. It's also close to everything. We stayed at this house many years ago and those fond memories, made our pick of this house an easy choice!

Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Franks Beach House not knowing anything about Anna Maria Island and were blown away when we got there. There was a keypad on the door so we were able to go straight to the house when we got into town, making check in and check out a breeze. It is in the perfect location near grocery shopping and restaurants. Our favorite part of the house was being steps to the beautiful private oceanfront and everything we needed was provided. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We rented a golf cart for a few days and explored the island as well. We are already looking at booking our next trip to Franks Beach House, the whole family wants it to be our new yearly destination!

Reviewer Comments: Franks beach house is awesome, we enjoyed the location, close to shops and my favorite bagel place, we go every year and by far Franks has been the best, although this year was the year of restoring the beach so right in front of us was all kinds of back holes, machines, fencing , parts were roped off so instead of walking right out to the beach we had to walk down from our location about two blocks, Island vacation properties and the owner always accommodates us if anything dissatisfying happens, highly recommend them!

It was fully stocked, clean, and you could tell they spent a lot of time (and money) making sure it was comfortable and used a lot of high end finishes.The location could not have been more perfect. Private beach spaced apart from public access points but still within walking distance to several ice cream shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back for many years.

Our own beach paradise- Frank’s Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year staying at Frank’s Place. The house is in the perfect location on Holmes Beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but away from the busy area of Bridge Street. The house is very private. The beach is literally steps away from the back deck. The view from the deck, living room, and master bedroom is amazing. The house was clean and vet well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing was the shower outside to rinse off after the beach had no water pressure by the deck. Otherwise, wcouldn’t have asked for more. Anna Maria Island is our happy place and having a great rental company makes it so much better. We will definitely be booking with Island Vacation Properties again!
