This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the spectacular Bella Sirena Resort. It is a stunning OCEAN VIEW unit located on the 4 floors of tower “B”. It comes with 2 RESERVED GARAGE PARKING SPACES! Bella Sirena is a 24-hour guard gated community in which you can relax and truly have a wonderful time! This condo is a beautifully decorated non-smoking unit featuring HD DIRECT TV ACCESS in the living area. There is also an extensive DVD LIBRARY containing over 150 Movies to be enjoyed at your leisure. There are DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms! As you walk into this memorable condo, you will see on your right, the spacious dining room. It features a beautiful glass top table that seats a total of eight people. The chairs have very nice caramel leather cushions which match the beautiful faux finished walls. It has a lovely centerpiece, table runner and candles. A mirror hung on the wall complements it perfectly.
On your left side is the fabulous kitchen complete with beautiful granite countertops and maple wood cabinets. In this fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to feel right at home. There is a built-in microwave, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. A Reverse Osmosis System for purified water is connected to both the kitchen sink as well as the ice maker. You will truly enjoy cooking in this wonderful kitchen! The breakfast counter has three bar stools for a more casual meal. There is also a large laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and handheld vacuum.
The living room has comfortable, plush Tommy Bahama couches with a center table great for enjoying your morning coffee and newspaper or just admiring the magnificent views! It has an awesome 42 inch HD Plasma TV, DVD Player and a Premium Audio System with speakers in the living room and patio. On the ceiling, right above the living room, there is a lighted, mosaic arch ceiling with a fan to keep your temperature comfortable at all times. There are two air conditioner/heating units for your zoned comfort.
The Master Suite has a very comfortable King Size Bed with a French door leading to the balcony. Bella Sirena is the only resort that has balcony access from all rooms! This suite features maple wood furnishings complete with a dresser, mirror, flat-screen TV with the resort's cable access and DVD player. There are also matching bedside tables, lamps, and a ceiling fan.
The master bathroom has two vanity sinks with a full bathtub and a glass block walk-in shower. There is a very large walk-in closet with a safe for storing any valuables you bring. It is fully equipped with linens, bath towels, and facial towels. The towels in the condo cannot be taken down to the pool or beach areas!
The guest room has a cozy Queen Size Bed, maple wood furnishings, ceiling fan, and a beautiful Tommy Bahama chair. A perfect place for curling up with a good book or enjoying the wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez and the beautifully manicured grounds of Bella Sirena. A glass sliding door allows access to the balcony. Also included is a flat-screen TV with the resort's cable access and a DVD player. The Guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity sink.
The balcony features a large rectangular table with a total of seven chairs and a ceiling fan. There are also small tables and two chairs on each end off of the bedrooms. No matter where you are, you will have extraordinary views of all the green areas of Bella Sirena and the beautiful Sea of Cortez. This condo has Wireless WIFI access with no password required, as well as an Arizona Phone System. There is an extensive manual provided that gives detailed instructions on using the TV/Stereo equipment, accessing the internet, using the phone, planning Puerto Penasco activities and countless dining options including the resort's newly remodeled Pool Bar.
Bella Sirena features 4 pools ( 2 of them are heated!) and 2 Jacuzzis. One of the pools and a jacuzzi are conveniently located adjacent to our building. Charcoal grills and outdoor dining areas are located next to the pools. These may be used at any time to create a casual barbecue/picnic with friends and family. There is a state of the art Fitness Center with new cardio and weight equipment. The Seaside Office hours are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
