The primary living areas, including the living room, kitchen, and dining room, are designed with an open floor plan and vast windows for your enjoyment.

The interior is incredibly spacious, offering ample room to spread out and make yourself at home. The open-concept design flows seamlessly from one room to the next, making it perfect for hosting family gatherings, entertaining friends, or simply enjoying peaceful solitude. There are multiple decks and patios, ensuring that you are never far from the mesmerizing scenery. The magnificent outdoor firepit is perfect for cozy evenings spent watching the sun dip below the horizon. We have a natural gas grill with an outdoor dining area and plenty of Adirondack chairs to enjoy grilling up the catch of the day, stargazing, or enjoying conversation with friends.

With elegantly appointed bedrooms, this beach house can accommodate both family and friends comfortably. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a coastal theme, ensuring a restful night's sleep and a pleasant wake-up to the bay views.

The beach house includes three full and one-half bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower, adding convenience to your stay. Freshen up after a day at the beach or rinse off the saltwater from an afternoon of fishing in the bay.

The multiple decks and patios provide ample space for outdoor living and enjoyment, whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunsets paint the sky with hues of orange and pink. For those who enjoy fishing, the property boasts a green nighttime fishing light, which attracts a variety of marine life, making for unforgettable evenings spent by the bay. We have a local charter fisherman who can pick you up from the dock, or you can bring your own boat and use the lift.

This beach house is part of the great community of Jamaica Beach. It offers a nearby neighborhood pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days.
