We sincerely apologize that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. Since your visit, we’ve completely repaired the driveway, added a new drain, and laid fresh gravel to ensure guests can access the cabin safely and without difficulty, regardless of weather conditions. We also take great pride in making sure our cabins are clean and comfortable for every guest. Our hot tub is cleaned and sanitized after every guest departure, so we’re truly sorry to hear it was not up to our standards during your stay. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can continue to improve. We’ve also taken note of the worn comforter and have replaced it to ensure our bedding matches the comfort and quality our guests expect.
