Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in a quiet beach with clear water and white sand beaches. This condo is newly renovated w/ stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The area is family oriented with neat local restaurants and shops. Enjoy swimming in the two pools on property and enjoy the shuffleboard and the family bikerides along the beach. The kitchen has everything needed to cook all your meals but going out for some fresh seafood is a must.

The stay was great! Short walk to beach accesses. The place was very clean and the property manager always quick with responses via text messages! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is very spacious and clean! The location is excellent and has access to two clean pools. The whole complex is clean, safe and very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!!

Wonderfully relaxing!

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was close to the beach. We enjoyed the rooms/space of the condo and cooked all of our own meals due to Covid. It was a great week and the owners were easy to work with and so helpful. I would highly recommend this property and will consider it for a future stay:)

Great Stay!

Definitely a great place to stay. We have stayed in the complex before. This condo was definitely the best one yet. All furnishings in the condo were great. Very clean and well kept. Had a small issue at check in but was handled promptly once we were able to contact them. Highly recommended and we will be back!

This place is at a great location. It was nice having the pool right outside the balcony. And the walk to the beach was very easy. It is spacious and has good beds. We had some issues with pests that the owners said they were going to take care of after we let them know. So hopefully those issues are gone. The TVs in the secondary bedrooms only work with DVDs. Overall it could be a little cleaner. We still enjoyed our stay. But it wasn’t our best VRBO experience.

Perfect place!!!

I booked this last minute and honestly, even though the pics looked ok, I didn’t know what to expect. It was perfect: had twin beds for the two boys then a separate room with queen for my daughter then the king master. Has a great beach feel and the location was absolutely perfect. Definitely will be back. Great value. Thank you!

3 Day Weekend

Memorial Day Weekend stay with family and friends nearby. Communication with host was always friendly prompt. We had no issues at check-in and condo was as advertised. Seagrove/Santa Rosa area is a nice upscale area. Beach access is directly across the street. We did visit Seaside nearby and several restaurants. Chris and Heather provided great information on the surrounding area. I would stay here again.

Great location and a nice condo

We had a large group of 8 people, ages 12-50. It was a little cozy but we made it work using the 3 bedrooms and the pull out couch. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals at home which was great! Just about a 10 min walk from door to the sand and the crystal clear water at the beach. The pool was right outside the unit which was convenient. The complex is a little older but still really nice which is great for the budget conscious renter. Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect Getaway

It was a perfect setting . The property was clean and well stocked with everything from wine glasses to Beach Chairs ! Our only issue was that the spot with the beach access is limited . But not due to the owner’s fault - some new law about private beach front property owners only. So Dumb ! But once we got the hang, and secured our spot early , it a small walk to the beach -owners were super responsive! We loved our Home away from Home !

Cute Condo Great Location

This condo is set up nicely for a family. Its cute and well furnished. The location is great. Really quick walk to the beach. There are good options for things to do right in the condo community as well (pool, tennis court, etc.). The property manager is responsive. We didn't receive our check-in information until a few hours after we were there, and that caused a bit of confusion at check-in. Also, the sliding door to the balcony doesn't lock which isn't ideal but we made do. All in all a nice place to stay.

Perfect for our short little vacation! Clean, great location, plenty of room and has everything you would need for the beach. We enjoyed the large balcony, convenient parking, and short walk to the beach, bike rentals and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend! Owners were quick to respond. Single mom takes on beach with teenage son and two nephews.

We stayed from Thursday night to Sunday. Great location. The beach is a easy walk, maybe 5 or so minutes. For parents with toddlers I’d suggest a stroller or wagon to pull to the beach. The beach access is clean and the water is beautiful. My son( 13 ) Nephews (11) and ( 5) had a blast. The only thing I would suggest is that the property needs deep a cleaning.

Great place, highly recommend!

Our family of six (all adults) stayed for a week and had a great experience. We loved the easy walk to the beach and to the souvenir shop and bike rental shop. Having the pool right outside the condo was really nice as well. Plenty of amenities, lots of items in the kitchen to use for cooking, lots of fun items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys for the little ones), plenty of room for all of us to not be right on top of each other. The two/three times I contacted Heather (couple of questions, no issues with the condo) either by phone or text, I got an immediate and friendly response. If we return Seagrove next summer, we will most certainly check to see if this property is available for the time we want to visit.

A winner!

If you like a getaway with a deep beach and clear water, with a quick walk to this quiet, stylish and clean condo with pools, yet with shops in walking distance, book this wonderful spot! Owners were very helpful and responsive with all my questions. Kitchen and beach accessories very well provided. Wonderful beds, sheets, towels, and comfortable furniture. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location/beautiful beaches

My family goes to seagrove every year and i love staying in this condo. It is extremely convenient to the beaches and is very roomy and comfortable. This is my third time staying in this condo and i am already looking forward to next year!

Best trip ever

We had a wonderful time staying there. My dad is 76 and I’ve been going to the beach with him every year since I was small and he said this was his favorite beach trip ever. We have stayed at this complex before and love the area and location. The beach isn’t a far walk/bike ride to get to. The pool area has never been overly crowded for us. The owners of this property were so nice and responsive if there was ever a problem. We definitely hope to be able to stay here again next year.

Great experience!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and really loved the beach decor and the ease of walking across the street to beach access. Owners were easily accessible. Literally a 6 min drive to Seaside! We had 7 stay and had ample room and will defiantly stay again.

We look so forward to the times we can find a break in our busy schedules and sneak away to the beach whether it is for a weekend or a week or two. The time and memories we have had will last a lifetime

We loved this area because it was more family oriented and they don't allow high rise condos which makes it so much prettier and less crowded than the surrounding areas and the water and sand are so beautiful

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our favorite things to do are ride bikes through Seaside and Watercolor and our favorite place to eat is at RedBar in Grayton Beach. We enjoy laying out on the beach and catching crabs. We like to wake up early and go for walks on the beach and look for dolphins. The sunset is also a great time to walk the beach. We like to go deep sea fishing and play some golf at some of the local courses
