Welcome to your home-away-from-home in the heart of Kailua-Kona! This fully renovated ground-floor studio blends modern comfort with classic Hawaiian charm, offering the perfect base for your Big Island adventures. Whether you’re here for the beaches, dining, shopping, or exploring, everything Kona has to offer is just steps away.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and open layout designed for relaxation. The studio features a queen bed and a futon couch, making it ideal for a couple or small family. Stay cool with air conditioning, enjoy your favorite shows on the TV, and take advantage of Wi-Fi, a full fridge with ice maker, microwave, hot plate, and dishwasher — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Relaxing vibe, great location

Great location, walking distance to many shops and a variety of restaurants. Lovely, quiet pool and hot tub, very comfortable accommodations, very clean, well appointed kitchen and studio.

This is an ideal condo to stay in when you hoy to Kīlauea Kona. Has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Right in the heart of Kīlauea town so you can walk anywhere. Shops, Restaurants and bars just steps away but still secluded enough for a quiet nights sleep.Laundry facilities on property. Very traditional Hawaii. You and your significant other will live it.

Great stay in the heart of Kona

We loved the property, pretty, relaxing with a nice pool and hot tub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our place looked newly renovated and modern with everything that we needed. We’ll definitely stay again

Perfect location

Perfect location just minutes from the beach and restaurants. Everything was smooth and Kona was amazing. Def recommend.

This cozy but large studio was amazing for our stay February 13th thru Feb 17th 2026. Upgraded throughout (flooring, bathroom and modern island decore) we liked the covered lanai which felt private and also having an indoor dining table was nice. Full fridge, not a mini one. Our host was responsive and helpful. We wantednto stay one more night and whenni asked her if the unit was avaliable she got back to me right away! Big TV, plently of plates, glasses and flatware, beach gear. We comeb to Kona 3 times a year and will always check this unit first for avaliable. The couch was comfortable and could also be used for sleeping. CLEAN AND ROOMY!

Great location, easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants.

This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. Inside, the condo has everything you need to relax and have fun: fully outfitted kitchen, comfy living room and bed, nice little patio area, beach chairs and umbrella, and a variety of beach toys for kids of all ages.

My daughter (25yrs old) stayed over one night, and she too enjoyed the location. Only negative was the parking….oy! Still would recommend to others.

Prefect location

Quick 15 min Uber ride from airport. Checkin was easy. Walk to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants, luau, convenience store. Pro tip: Have snacks/bottle water/fresh foods delivered or grocery store is a doable walk, but a hike.

Outstanding Stay! I do want to mention that if you arrive later in the afternoon or night, there will probably be no parking spots and to be prepared to go to a pay lot..... Another minor situation is that it takes the shower water a couple minutes to get warm. However - I would stay there again!

Perfect location

The location was excellent. The condo was somewhat updated but it needed a few cosmetic updates. Unfortunately it smelled of mold which might be due to being by the beach. Parking is not easy. There is no late check out unless you pay for it dearly. We left the condo early came back a couple minutes before our check out time and the cleaning person was already in the condo, so should work both ways. Condo does come completely stocked with towels, erc etc plenty of things for the beach and pool.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the need for cosmetic updates and the presence of a mold smell. This unit is located right by the ocean so it is likely the sea air during the rainy week of your visit, but we will be sure to investigate. We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests. We will have maintenance address these issues promptly. Regarding parking difficulties and the late check-out policy, we value your input and will review our current procedures to ensure that they align with the expectations of our guests. We do often have late check out available at no additional charge if we can accommodate the request. If there are back to back bookings unfortunately we cannot extend check out past 11am, or our housekeeping teams would not have time to fully clean the unit before the next guests (as was the case with your stay). We have spoken with the cleaners about coordinating cleaning schedules more effectively, and we will explore ways to improve this aspect of our service. We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We hope that despite the mentioned concerns, you were able to enjoy your time in the condo and the surrounding area. Great condo in great location, walk to all the local eating and drinking spots. Especially loved all the beach equipment in the closet, which we didn’t expect but added greatly to our daily beach visits(snorkels, boogie board, beach and regular umbrellas, insulated back pack cooler, etc).
