Across from the beach’s couple more close to you. Plenty of restaurants. Atomic tiki, the vibe was great!! Mid century, and tiki. Very clean Comfortable bed. You have a toaster oven , full size fridge all your dishware. You will love it. Oh and a pay laundry very reasonable2.50 a load. Your neighbor silo is a great guy. He can tell you the places to go. He works at Huggo’s on the rocks great food

Atomic Tiki was a fun place to stay-right across from the beach. We appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use while we were there.

Wonderfully comfortable. Small complex with easy parking. Great location across the street from the beach. We could hear the sounds of the waves at night. The kitchen gave us everything we needed. We will stay again when visiting Kona.

The perfect location in Kona! Andi was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out the front door. The place was very clean and well decorated:). We had the best time during our stay!

We visited during a heavy storm- it was amazing to watch the daredevils surf on Magic Sands beach. The condo was very cozy and kitchen was well-appointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Atomic Tiki! The condo has the best decor we've ever seen in a rental and we had so much fun discovering the little treasures in all the fun items they have collected here. The beach was easy to access just across the street. We didn't realize that the unit isn't air conditioned but that was a small price to pay for such a great location, great communication, and a great value.

Great location with the beach across the street. Amazing room with perfectly curated mid century Tiki vibe. You will swear you just walked into a 1960 beach bungalow. Every detail was spot on, down to the silverware. The record player is a fantastic touch that completes the experience.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Atomic Tiki! The listing is totally accurate. Absolutely loved the location and decor. Super clean and comfortable. Great dedicated off street parking for the rental car and we also used the free bus that runs the length of Ali’i Drive. Highly recommend Atomic Tiki and would love to stay again!

Sometimes in novels or TV shows, the place itself is a character. The atomic tiki was a beloved part of my first tri to Hawaii, listening to the ocean from bed, wandering across the street to have coffee in the morning and swimming, it was perfect. The hosts thought of everything, there was a cooler to take the beach and ice packs in the fridge, a book on local fish. Everything we needed was there. Huge thanks for a great stay.

The location is great. Due to the season the Magic sands beach across the street was rocky but we enjoyed mornings and sunsets on the beach. The room was comfortably equipped with everything we needed.

Aloha, Torrie! Magic Sands Beach is constantly changing. One day it can be rocky and the next is full of sand. We love that the rocky days attract more sea life. The turtles love to graze on the plants that grow on the rocks, so it can be a pretty good show. Happy to hear you appreciated the amenities! We strive to make our place feel like home. My best friend and I stayed here. We both adored your Vrbo. Beautiful decorated and had everything a guest could need. Good location, surprisingly quiet neighbors for how close the units are. Thank you for allow us to stay and making my friends first time on the island memorable.

This space has super fun decor and amazing amenities. Loved the use of beach towels and chairs, cooler, so many kitchen appliances. Overall it was clean and in a great location for our travels and close to so many great beaches, sights, and restaurants. I applaud the hosts for their descriptive honesty that there is no AC; however, it was hot and uncomfortable sleeping and merely opening the sliding door or windows to feel the ocean breeze, wasn’t an easy or appropriate fix. There is a very busy road between the space and the beach, and many cars had loud engines, played loud music, and people hung out at the beech, all of this occurring every night at all hours.

Aloha Brenda, We are happy to hear you appreciated all of the extra perks we provide for our guests. We are sorry to hear you were too hot and disturbed by the traffic noise. We try to be clear about these thing in our listing. Having a front row seat to a popular beach does mean the noise that comes with those things. Personally, we like being in the middle of a popular bustling beach, but it's not for people looking for a tranquil vibe.
