Additionally,guests have access to:
- The front patio at the shared entrance.
- The in-unit private deck area from the living room.

-Please provide a copy of your Government ID. ID Verification are required to check in.
-Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
-Please check the house-rules!
-No smoking inside the unit. Guest are responsible trashing the cigarette buds in the outdoor bins. Please check the house rules!
- No parties allowed, noise monitoring device is placed inside the unit.

PET'S and FEE:

-The pet fee is $150.
-There will be an additional pet fee for undisclosed pets. Please read the house rules for more details
-Certain breed restrictions apply including, but not limited to, mastiff, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and Doberman pinscher. Photo of pet and Vet Records required
