Centrally located, and across the street from the beach via a small dirt road, the Family Tides beach home is only minutes from shopping, dining and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Close by is the 27th Avenue park which offers a playground, basketball court, racquetball courts, and picnic pavilion which is sure to keep everyone entertained after a day on the beach. Other area things to do nearby include area art galleries, the Marine Discovery Center, scenic boat tours, kayak, electric bike, and paddleboard tours as well as the area's many events on Flagler Avenue and Canal Street. If you're in the mood for a night out, the Flagler Avenue bars and restaurants are just a five-minute Uber ride away.

The Family Tides beach home offers over 1,300 square feet of living space with an open floor plan and plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy. The interior is designed with stylish beach decor, ceiling fans, and TVs in every room with tile floors throughout. Your comfort is a top priority and comfortable beds with quality linens are provided. You will find plenty of towels for your use, and a stackable washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry during your stay.

The open living room features a sofa, 2 cozy chairs, and a 47" LCD TV with cable and a Blu-ray DVD player. It is perfect for movie nights! Roku in all rooms with access to Spectrum cable TV app and streaming apps(must have your own login). For those on a working vacation or kids who attend homeschool, no problem, this home offers a desk and WiFi is provided. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need, including utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, a toaster, a toaster oven, a crock pot, and even a panini maker. For your beverage needs, a Keurig machine(with a drip coffee maker), a margarita blender, filtered water, and an ice maker are provided. A high chair is also provided for those traveling with small children.

After a fun day at the beach, come home to enjoy an afternoon siesta in the spacious master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, and a 24" TV with an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower.
