This elegant, two-story home sits on four hilltop acres on the north side of the island, a position that grants sweeping views of the mountains and ocean from sunrise to sunset. The grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained, including the sports court just below with its tennis court, four pickleball courts, two basketball hoops, and two table tennis tables.
The outdoor spaces were designed to impress, beginning with the ground-floor loggia and its outdoor kitchen, plentiful seating, and gorgeous view of the water. Decks and terraces seem to appear at every turn, including a covered balcony upstairs with a life-size chess board.
The view is every bit as beautiful indoors, thanks to picture windows, glass doors that encourage indoor/outdoor living, and a breathtaking, window-lined sunroom upstairs with 270-degree vistas. The extraordinary features are almost too numerous to count: a professional-grade, eat-in kitchen with Bosch, Thermador, and Sub-Zero appliances; a formal dining room with a gas fireplace; two adjacent family rooms, each with a fireplace and a smart TV; and a theater room with recliners and a projection screen. Should you be working during your stay, there's even an office upstairs with three built-in workspaces.
The four bedrooms are serene and special, each with its own smart TV and en suite bathroom. The primary suite - with a gas fireplace and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted soaking tub - opens to the sunroom, while one bedroom on each floor enjoys direct access to the outdoors.
Things to Know
The indoor sports court with four pickle ball court and one tennis court must be booked in advance by coordinating with the local operations manager for a two-hour timeslot.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
