A few short steps away are our resorts warm soothing pool and invigorating spa. Behind our picturesque Condo, you can test your skills on the tennis court. For the little ones we have an entertaining and challenging playground. If you relish meandering along the seashore, we have infinite tide pools to explore with abundant sea life all around you. Moor your boat at our deep-water dock as your starting point for boundless fishing, crabbing, prawning and discovering the wonders of our inviting ocean.
But wait; before you enter into this mecca of spectacular natural phenomena, you must lap yourself in the luxury of our most amazing contemporary Condo in Yellow Point, Nanaimo. Float into our indulgent, luxuriously comfortable king size beds. Both bedrooms are adorned with beautifully appointed king size beds complete with the finest linens. There are the latest digital TV’s with Blu-Ray players in both bedrooms. The living room has a 55” LED flat screen with an absolutely spectacular picture, full surround sound, Blu-ray player and Stereo receiver. The upstairs bedroom is like its own suite with a second private entrance, full 3-piece bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the tranquil but sometimes ferocious ocean below. The kitchen on the main floor is designed with opulence and practicality to help you prepare that culinary delight you so deserve. It’s actually hard to describe how amazingly gorgeous the walk in shower is, that’s just off the main bedroom. Wow, what a place! What a fantastic adventure you will have inside and outside this wonderful spot in paradise.

Our month here was excellent. Scott was very helpful and responded to our questions right away. The unit was clean, well stocked with kitchenware and cozy extras like throws and pillows, and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the main level and upstairs. We’ve already booked our next stay.

Peaceful getaway

We had an amazing stay, from our initial booking request till we checked out everything was a breeze. Scott made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommending this spot to our friends and family. It is a quiet getaway you won’t regret.

The property was exceptional, the pictures didn't do full justice to the place. Scott was extremely helpful and quick in responding and left a folder with some fantastic recommendations of things to do around. Overall a fantastic experience!

The place was beautiful. One could see by the decoration that the owner had put quite a lot of thought in decorating the place. There is not many rental around as beautiful as that place. We enjoyed and did appreciate it, to the extend that we stayed one extra day and would have like to extend to even more but because of some previous arrangements, we were unable to do so. The swimming pool was never crowded and a good size. We will rent it again.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. The unit was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the resort amenities and the beautiful ocean view from the terrace and living room. We were sad to leave after our 5 night stay and will definitely come back. Thanks again to Scott and Patricia for being great hosts and help making our vacation so relaxing.

We loved this property…condo was beautiful and well appointed, ocean views were wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Cell service in the area was spotty, but definitely not a deal breaker!

Well furnished and fitted out. Location was private and quiet with great view. Easy drive to Nanaimo and Ladysmith. Wifi was excellent but cell coverage was poor. Overall exactly what we were looking for.

Great alternative to regular tournament hotels

We stayed at the property over a long weekend for a sports tournament. We found it to be a fantastic alternative to the regular big corporate hotels. The condo is lovely, cozy and relaxing. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. The kids loved fishing, playing tennis and soccer. We loved the easy access for paddle boarding. The cool pool and hot tub were perfect for sore muscles after a day of competing. Scott was prompt in replies and attentive to our requests

Beautiful property

Very beautiful property. Condo was well equipped, newly renovated and spacious. Views right down to the ocean from the living area and patio. The pool was perfect for the kids and the weather was great for our trip. Nothing to complain about - would definitely stay again & recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our two-night, three-day stay at this condo was wonderful. The beautiful ocean view was exactly as promised on VRBO, and the location was perfect, close to both Nanaimo and Ladysmith. The condo felt like a luxurious hotel suite, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen was. We all wished we had booked the space for a week instead of just three days, as there were so many parks and hikes we didn't get to explore.

An Oasis

What a beatiful spot. I wasn't sure what to expect as we drove through some pretty rough looking properties on the way to this spot. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a clean and very comfortable condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. With our family feeling a bit under the weather, this place was a perfect two night stay to just relax and rest. Swimming in the ocean was fantastic for the kids and we were lucky to see a couple of killer whales in the bay!

This is a very beautiful Condo in a very gorgeaus location

Thank you Scott for letting us rent this very nice Condo for 34 days. This stay far exceeded our expectations. The condo is very beautiful and practically furnished. The kitchen and the bathrooms are very richly equipped. There are also many indoor and outdoor games available for the guests. If we come to Canada again we would like to rent this condo again, and we will be more than happy to recommend it to families and friends.

Family Vacation July 11-14th

If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway then this is the place for you. The complex itself was immaculate, everything so well taken care of and clean! Our condo was wonderful and exactly what it looks like in the photos. So clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Our kids (who were older) enjoyed taking their paddle board in the ocean then spending time in the pool afterwards and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit at night. We really had a very relaxing time so if that is what you're looking for then this is the right choice.

An exceptional holiday

The decor is exceptional. The equipping of the kitchen along with everything else in the unit is exceptional. The variety of hiking trails within a 40-minute drive is exceptional. Our holiday there was exceptionally peaceful and pleasurable. A small glitch is the spotty cellular coverage, but that became a positive: less cellular time -- more reading and walking time and more peace and feeling "away. " (And there is a working landline.) So, on balance: exceptional! I could use alternate words, but "exceptional" is what our holiday there was.

Inn By The Sea

Everything about our six week experience was absolutely splendid. From the time we enquired about booking, until our departure, Scott was quick to respond to our queries and concerns. All issues were addressed respectfully, professionally, and promptly. Scott is a most kind and knowledgeable ambassador for Vancouver Island. We parked just a few steps from our door. Upon entering our unit we discovered the breathtaking ocean view. The recently redecorated condo unit is very clean and spacious. It is situated on a beautifully manicured rural oceanfront property, where roses were blooming in late October. The kitchen is amply stocked with lovely dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, and bakeware. As well, every necessary appliance was there for our use. Both king size beds were very comfortable, fitted with lovely linens. Each ensuite bath had a generous supply of towels. Needless to say, we look forward to our next visit. Quiet escape

Lovely property outside of Nanaimo, close to the water. I spent a month there while working nearby. It’s a lovely escape from the city but a short drive to all of the necessities. I enjoyed the views every morning with my coffee and partook in the hot tub often during the week when it was a bit less busy. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The only thing I wished it had was in suite laundry, but there is laundry on the premises if you need it. Would stay there again!

My husband and I finally bought into this beautiful resort because we had been coming here for the past 30 years, even before the resort was built. Our children grew up here. We haven't missed a summer yet, and we are still coming over as a family and now I'm into Grandchildren! That's how much we love it here!
