Our property boasts luxury and amazing views from every room. Top floor is open concept living space with lots of natural light. Being the end unit, it is larger with more windows and closest to the water, being the furthest unit from the pool and other units, it is also the most private and relaxing property in the resort.

Starting with a well stocked chef's kitchen, quartz counters, oversize fridge with ice maker and water, built in stainless appliances, and induction range. Ocean and garden views from the kitchen with a balcony to enjoy the gardens.

Dining space provides a beautiful seating space for 6 with comfortable leather chairs and top quality dinnerware. Relax in our beautifully appointed living room with floor to ceiling ocean views, comfortable leather couches and recliner, sofa pulls out to sleep 2! In winter months curl up by the electric fireplace and enjoy the heated floors throughout the whole condo! In the warmer months every bedroom has a high quality and quiet ceiling fan including a extra large ceiling fan in the main living space to ensure the ocean breeze circulates to keep you cool and comfortable.

Located on the second floor the master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king bed and TV with your own en-suite and ocean views with a private balcony. Since it faces east we also include blackout curtains to keep the morning sun from disturbing your sleep if you choose. The upstairs bedroom also has a very comfortable queen bed with a beautiful garden view and large windows with access to the top floor bathroom.

The resort provides you access to hot tub (year round) and pool (seasonal) overlooking the water and the next door provincial park. Desire to explore the shore, you may walk for miles in both directions exploring tidal pools, gather oysters, dig clams, or enjoy a swim. Like to fish or crab, during the spring to fall months enjoy our deep water dock! Need some exercise then head over to the tennis court, play horseshoes, lawn games or go for a run or cycle along Yellow Point road in its beautiful rural setting. Young children? the shoreline is safe to explore for all ages and there is a playground at the resort too!

Looking from some day trips?
Victoria with its gracious capital buildings and Butchart Gardens are a little over an hour away to the south. You will be delighted with the array of summer activities from swimming, fishing, clamming to excellent dinners on the famous Nanaimo Seawall, about 20 minutes north. With the picturesque Town of Ladysmith less than 15 minutes south, there is something for the entire family. Year around golf on truly great courses is minutes away. The soothing hot tub is always open to restore those tired muscles.
