Welcome to our charming loft apartment in popular Hampstead, NC just off the inter-coastal and a 10-minute drive from the pristine Surf City sands + near Topsail + Ocean City beaches and trendy dining and shopping.
Whether you're seeking beaches, shopping, relaxation, family time, or an active adventure, this furnished rental offers the perfect base for your stay.
Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington are only 25 minutes away.

The space: Rental encompasses entire 1st floor of a 3-story loft apartment building withs its own private entrance.
The high ceiling unit features a 350sf+/- living room with two couches positioned to enjoy the 55 inch smart TV. The other side of the living room has a work desk and a small dining area with easy access to cooking and the kitchen.
Sleeping arrangements include two (2) bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a king bed with a smart TV mounted and two closets. The second bedroom is small and has a double bed. Both rooms can accommodate the rollaway folding single cot and/or a full sized air mattress.
The unit has one large bathroom with a washer dryer area.
A small private vestibule fronts the two entrance to the rental and features a retro arcade game (Ms. Pac-Man & Galaga).
The side of the house has a nice deck and BBQ primed for a happy hour drink with visibility to the grassy backyard, a perfect place for kids to play.
Parking for numerous cars is available on a dedicated driveway in front of the rental.
Guests can access private vestibule with retro arcade game, backyard and deck w/BBQ.
Note: The 2nd floor unit is currently available as an additional rental for groups seeking to accommodate additional guests (above 5) and increase sleeping arrangements within the same property. CALL FOR DETAILS.

I am a local residential property manager and accustomed to and staffed to make sure your stay goes smoothly. Our team recently renovated and furnished this unit. As a member of a military family we selected Hampstead hoping we would be able to host and offer our service men and woman (and others!) an enjoyable setting to enjoy time off.
