When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying a board game at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.
When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms all located on the second floor.
1) Primary bedroom; king sized bed, smart TV, an attached bathroom, a desk space, and a private balcony with seating.
2) Second bedroom; queen sized bed, smart TV, and a nearby bathroom
3) Third bedroom; queen sized bed, smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.
Spend time outside on the private balcony with city views or by utilizing the community grill, outdoor dinning space, and fire pit just steps away from the garage.

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.
Getting Around:
Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!

House rules:
- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- Dog-Friendy with a small fee.
- This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside.
- Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.
House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $40 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
