The home's main floor features a spacious, open-concept layout designed with family gatherings in mind. Sink into the plush living room sofas to stream shows and movies on the smart TV or head out to the screened patio for coffee and cocktails. A built-in, dual-sided fireplace connects the indoor and outdoor living spaces, providing cozy comfort no matter where you choose to unwind. The impressive full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. There's plenty of seating available between the breakfast bar and the dining table. A secondary living area upstairs offers flexible home comfort and entertainment with another smart TV and a large sectional. Three of the four bedrooms feature en suite bathroom access for added privacy and convenience. The upstairs primary en suite also boasts a spa-like standalone soaking tub.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. An outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off after trips to the beach.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
For a $125 per rental period Rental Amenity Fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and two access fobs. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the use of the amenities by everyone over the age of four. There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a $50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Guests must return the registration form to access amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
