We had an awesome week in unit A117. It was perfect for our family and we are already looking for dates to visit again in the future. I've been visiting Ft. Walton Beach for 25 years and this is the best place I've ever stayed!

A great time with family

The week was a relaxing time to enjoy it with family . Enjoy the beach. The Poles was a big plus for the kids.

Nice property

We had an overall good experience, water pressure was an issue at beginning but after contacting property manger it was taken care of in a timely manner. Conveniently located on the first floor close to parking.

Comfortable, quiet condo

We had a relaxing six day vacation in this unit with our kids. It was quiet and comfortable. I would've brought a few washcloths with me if I had realized there were only a few. Convenient location to parking and the pool. I greatly appreciated that tenants were not allowed to have pets on the property. The "check-in process" was the best, a simple email with a door code allowing us to go straight to our unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area.

Waterscape A117 was a wonderful place for our family! The accommodations are clean, spacious and well-appointed. Our children enjoyed the pool area and splash pad. There was something for all ages. This is definitely a place for families and not those looking for a quiet escape. We enjoyed all of the family-friendly activities on the property as well; like, the glow party, poolside tattoos, and the family movie by the pool. Beach access and the complimentary chairs was a plus for us.

Piece of heaven!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and everything we needed was in there. It was quiet and peaceful and super close to walk right out to the pool or get to the beach. The resort was amazing! So many pools, a lazy river, a splash pad for the kids, and they had grills throughout so we could Grill our lunch. They also provided fun activities for the kids like fireworks on the beach, movies at the pool,etc. It was an absolute dream and I cannot wait to return!

Highly recommend this unit. It had everything we wanted in a stay away from home. The black out curtains were amazing to keep sunlight out when we wanted to sleep in. The beds were comfortable. They had every kitchen item we needed in addition to have washing machine and dryer in the unit was AMAZING because I love doing laundry. The pools were great especially the heated pool on days when the ocean was too cold. It was very pretty and clean. Owners of the unit communicated quickly and effectively when I needed to reach out about something. Highly recommend for fellow travelers!

Great location to beach, close to parking garage! First floor prime to not have to deal with elevators. Bathrooms are very big and spacious. It was great to have others left over sand toys, folding chairs, wagon and boogie boards on the patio! This was a bonus! The condo was really great for family, location, price and communication with the staff. Some things to note/feedback I have that would have made this more of a 10/10 for me. There was no clear direction on where to take the trash. The trash cans outside were constantly overflowing and very small. I would have appreciated some salt and pepper and maybe some sugar. The door stopper to prop the door open was worn off and it would have been very helpful to have that functioning! Sheets did not fit on the beds or the small pull out couch. Big pull out couch was broken, that was a bummer. The hand soap provided was near worthless. It has no scent and was very tiny and broken almost immediately.The handle on shower was broken and made it difficult for our smaller kids to turn the handle on. There were no beach towels available, this was noted on the listing so I’m not scoring for this. Just noting how handy and appreciative it would be to not have to pack towels in an extra suitcase for the plane.
