The house is close to annual festivals and events, and of course the gorgeous beaches of the Gulf of Mexico - only ~25 minutes from Panama City Beach.

The Space:
We welcome you to come live it up in this beautiful amenity-rich home. The space is ideal for families or large groups if you are wanting more out of your stay and to vacation close to the beach but avoid the high-traffic areas of Panama City Beach. Plus there's an game room for those wanting to stay and play!

The home is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood where you can go to get away and relax, yet close enough to hit the beaches in Panama City Beach, Pier Park, St. Andrews, or the PCB Sports Complex. There are also several state parks within 30-40 minutes, and a great park on the bay which also has a dog park only a couple blocks away.

The master bathroom is the luxury bathroom you crave on vacation. There's an oversized walk-in glass shower with his and hers shower heads, a soaking tub, and large double vanity - with space to spare! And the master bedroom has a comfortable King bed to round out the master suite.

The guest bathroom features a handicap shower/jacuzzi tub combo with a walk-in door for easy access, a retractable shower head, a seat, and jets. It's admittedly a little old school and awkward but super convenient for those with injuries, handicap, or elderly. If you need it, you'll be glad to have it!

The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen Smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with family and friends and access all of your favorite streaming apps (Guests need to sign-in to their own account).

The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 9 people comfortably in beds, and one more can fit on the couch if needed making it perfect for a family trip or group getaway!

The game room is detached from the house, formerly a home office, we converted this space into a fun zone with foosball table, board games, and a poker table that also lifts up to reveal bumper pool so you have multiple ways to play! There's also a Roku TV to stream and a loveseat to round out your options for activities.

The backyard features a deck with outdoor dining area and propane grill. The deck connects the game room to the house. And there's a fire pit to enjoy the starry nights with family and friends.

There is also an detached guest house behind the garage that is a separate listing. Ask us about booking the whole place (sleeps 14) if you have a larger group!

The inside of the house is spacious with a large living room that flows into the large kitchen with a chef's island and features comfy furniture and thoughtful touches of décor throughout. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen complete with cookware, and a dining area you'll have plenty of space. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, waffle maker, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

Looking for a space that's ready to go with all the needed amenities? We have you covered with an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a washer and dryer, and more.

And if you're looking to work from home, the house's internet is faster than a Florida sunburn with a desk in one of the bedrooms and a built-in desk in the kitchen.

Tyndall Air Force Base and the Navy base are a short drive away, so the home is perfect for military members and their families for longer stays or TDY trips. And if you're a military member, ask us about our military discount.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire main home, driveway, and back deck and backyard, and game room! There is a smart lock for convenient access whenever you arrive.

Please park in the driveway with the carport. The driveway on the left side of the house is for the guest house mentioned above (separate listing). The front door is directly ahead of the carport under the front porch where the smart lock awaits you with self check-in.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood consisting of other homeowners. Please be respectful of the neighbor hood, this is not the place for group parties.

Just a few blocks from the main road that leads to shopping, restaurants and beaches. 25 minutes to the sandy beach, 30 minutes to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, 20 minutes to the new Panama City Beach sports complex. Enjoy the backyard space to unwind and enjoy the quiet of the area. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area.

Situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.

We encourage all our guest to explore all the beautiful places and attractions that are near the property. The great thing about this. Is that they are one quick internet search away.

Getting Around:
It is best to have a car to get around to shopping and dining.

Other Things to Note:
The home has an detached guest house with it's own separate driveway and separate entrance, and the backyard fence separates the two houses. You may see other guests parking going to go to that space.

Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!

For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.

GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.

SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.

NOTE:
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.

We feel transparency is super important and want you to be aware of the space before arriving.
