Welcome Back!! I temporarily took the property off the market during COVID and for renovations. I am looking forward to having my returning guest come back and visit.
Please look at the (video icon) in the picture to view the video of the homes location. A tropical boater's and angler's paradise, this Key West styled luxury villa in Islamorada boasts the best fishing in South Florida. With tangerine sunsets glistening across the calm ocean waters, an afternoon boat ride is as easy as walking out your back door. Dolphin and turtles are common. Deep water access, boat dock, nearby marina with fuel, bait and tackle shop, nearby waterfront restaurants and short boat ride (seen from the balcony) to the famous sand bar located behind Holiday Isle weekend hot spot.

This is the developer unit with the largest fully equipped kitchen in the development. Large living room with a beautiful view of the ocean, 3 BR's, den, 2 1/2 luxury baths, sleeps 10 comfortably. Wood floors, glass designer tile throughout, california closets, covered parking with an additional parking spot. Upper and lower decks overlook ocean view. Flat screen TV's, cable, internet service. (Kitchen utensils, dishes and linens are plentiful). Security gate for privacy and peace of mind

Could not have been better

Location on the Key was perfect. Location within the complex was perfect. 7 adults were very comfortable, able to spread out, and all enjoyed the property.

Great Holiday stay

We loved our thanksgiving week at this property. The home is just steps away from the pool where my children spent a lot of time. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare a thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby as well.

Home is just lovely. Views were spectaular. Best place we have ever stayed and my husband and I have travelled a lot with our two teenage daughters. They raved about the house too! Would stay here again in a minute.

Beautiful House

Location was great. House was clean and very well stocked. Rental was better than the listing. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely try and stay here again.

No place better on Earth

Once again, we stayed in this beautiful home at Anglers Reef for the 8th year in a row, there is not anyplace like it in the keys. The best fishing and snorkeling just out the channel, we caught plenty of lobster as well, this place is perfect in every way, there is nothing more you could possibly want in a rental, location and all the amenities you can ask for, tons of excellent restaurants, marinas, dive shops, ect....

There were many things broken and not working. Rocking chair on porch was completely broken, frayed barstools on deck, a broken high top dining chair. Missing lightbulbs in one bedroom. Beeping fire detector. Host gave us the incorrect gate code and also the door code did not work when she said it would.

Good location. Close to the pool. Lovely kitchen. Nice master bedroom. Interesting artwork on the walls. Quiet neighborhood. Negatives: Had trouble with the AC and Temp. the first 4 days. No comfortable chairs downstairs or upstairs. Just a huge couch in front of the TV area. Furniture seemed to be designed for big people.

Would highly recommend.

The foundation of a great vacation starts with a a great place to stay, and this home fits the bill. The home was spotless and as advertised. Could not ask for anything better. For the boaters the dockage is fantastic, the channel is plenty deep at low tide to run full throttle with my 28 ft CC. I would highly recommend the place but please don't pick the week I want. Phil

Best place to stay in the entire florida keys

I have been staying in this home for 8 years now and wouldn't stay anywhere else in the keys. The home is absolutely gorgeous and located in Anglers Reef. I guarantee you will not find a nicer home or a better location in Islamorada, it is located directly on the Atlantic with a boat dock , pool and you need, there are plenty of reefs withing only a few miles and the fishing and lobstering is awesome, Unlike Marathon it is no where as crowded, there are excellent restaurants so close and wonderful shopping. No need to even look anywhere else, i have been going to the keys for over 30 years and once i found this place i will go no where else. Lobster girl

Great House, view and week!

The pictures do not do this home justice. We loved it! There were a few hiccups, but the owner is extremely responsive!!!! The house is the perfect size for my little family to spread out and really enjoy the week. We could see our boat from the house, we are right off the pool gate. It was a nice week. I am booking this annually! I already have friends who saw my pictures and are trying to poach this rental. :)

Very well kept grounds and the house was even better.

My family loved our stay, the house was as advertised, the property was very well kept, the boat dockage was excellent and a very deep channel leads to the Ocean, even at low tide you will have no problem, I have a 29 ft center console. I would highly recommend this house and this owner. The only issue I had which is no fault of this owner, and something I would love to see change is the fact you must vacate the entire pool area at dark. Who doesn't enjoy sipping wine or having an after dinner drink by the pool at the end of a day, we all thought was very odd rule. Other than that I was very satisfied and for sure would stay there again.

Great family property

My husband and I brought our 3 grandsons to Islamorada during school vacation. They are 17,13 and 8. We rented a boat and town house came with boat slip which was great. Home was beautiful. Had everything you would need.Overlooked pool and ocean. There was many families with kids staying at Anglers Reef. Kids enjoyed fishing from dock where boat slips were. Had a great experience. Property owner responded immediately to any questions I had. Would go back again.

Wonderful birthday vacation

We had a wonderful time celebrating my two birthdays - my 50th and my brother-in-laws 44th. The property was beautiful and the house was very cozy. We had all the comforts of home with a killer view of the water. Our only regret was that we had to leave a day early due to the uncertainty of travel during the beginning of the pandemic.

AMAZING!

The house was perfect for our family. It was just as described in the listing. We were so sorry to leave. The owner was great to communicate with throughout the process. It was super easy. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked.

This place was better than I imagined!

This is our 3rd yr at Anglers Reef and the 2nd at this house. I hate to say anything good about it because I want to available for our next trip ! But it’s beautiful, Kim was excellent in communicating with us, can’t beat the location. We love everything about staying here
