- Vacation rental communities DO NOT allow roadside parking
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, automobiles and boats can only enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted unless they are legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing and we have no responsibility for this.
- Electric Cars: It is forbidden to charge vehicles at home. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Any of our rules that are broken will be subject to a fine of $500.
