Inks Lake is a constant-level lake, meaning it is always full and boat-accessible year-round. There is boat parking available at this home and a launch ramp close by.
This multi-level home offers an intimate upper deck, for morning coffee or evening wind down. This space is sure to inspire your deep connection with nature. Write home at the vintage secretary desk, in the upstairs loft overlooking the great room. Curl up on the sofa to enjoy movies and streaming on a 65-inch smart TV. The small, well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a popcorn maker, crockpot, and blender as well as all major appliances.

A leash is required for dogs.
There is no potable drinking water at the home. Guests must provide their own water for drinking, cooking, and making ice.
This home is not accessible friendly.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
The fireplace is not accessible to our guests.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
