Dog-Friendly Kingsland Rental on Lake LBJ!

Hi Terese, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry if you were caught off guard. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - It’s standard at vacation rentals for the homeowner to provide a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience. It's not an industry standard to provide coffee. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. We apologize if the items provided did not fit your needs.- There is a game console there at our vacation home. It’s an old-school Super Nintendo which works great and is super fun, it’s located in the cabinet in the master bedroom. Also, the number of TVs are shared on our listing and we do offer Roku so guests should be able to use any streaming service and watch Netflix, etc. anytime.- We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve all of your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.- We hope you keep us in mind for your future travels. We’d love to host you the next time you visit! Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!
