Also known as 'Southern Comfort' this is a Charleston style home located in the Charlestowne Grant neighborhood within the gated community of Litchfield by the Sea, one row of homes from the ocean. The home has a large open deck with great views of the pool and the ocean.

The first floor has two newly remodeled en-suite queen bedrooms and one queen bedroom with bathroom across the hall.. The first floor also has full-sized washer and dryer. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, one queen bedroom with a hall bathroom. Each bathroom has a stall shower. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. There are two dining tables; there are two sitting areas in the living room, including a large TV-viewing area. The living room also includes a Full sleeper sofa.

The BEACH is very close. It's a 1-minute walk down a path behind the house past the pool and over the dunes - no streets to cross! You're there, plant your beach chair!

The POOL is large and beautiful - can be seen in two of the photos - with a 1' "sundeck" area for the very young and their moms. The pool is adjacent to the house, you can easily see & call to family members at the pool from the house deck. The pool is the community pool of Charlestowne Grant community association within Litchfield by the Sea - 45 houses.

House Rules
1. NO PETS are allowed in the house.
2. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.
3. Maximum occupancy – 12 persons (age 2 and older) – is strictly enforced.
4. In order to avoid bringing sand into the house, rinse sand off before you enter the house.
5. Do not move or rearrange any furniture; do not take blankets, pillows, bedspreads, furniture, or dishes to the beach.
6. The driveway is shared with another house; please be courteous to the neighbors by not blocking their access.
7. No grilling allowed on decks or underneath the house/in the garage – roll the grill to the driveway before using. Please clean the grill before departure.
8. No fireworks allowed on the property.
9. No campers/motor homes/tents/travel trailers are allowed on the property. Violators will be towed.
