Three Gulls is an OCEANFRONT 5 Bedroom, 5 Ā½ Bath home with a SPECTACULAR VIEW AND BEACHFRONT on the NORTH END of the island.
Wide open space on main level - great for families. 2 covered parking spots and room for 3 additional cars in driveway. Access to small dock on Pawley's Island Creek for crabbing.
The main floor has one bedroom, one full bath and a half bath.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed & full bath (with tub) & TV
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a sitting / office area.

Lovely Pawleys - Lovely home!

Everything was just as it should be. The kitchen was masterfully equipped, so we never had to improvise. The ā€œtoysā€ like boogie boards, etc were put to good use, and the kids loved fishing, crabbing, and swimming at the creek dock. We really appreciated the large basement refrigerator. The furniture was comfy. We cannot think of a single thing we would have changed about this beautiful beach house!

July 4th holiday

This was our 2nd year at The Three Gulls and again our visit was perfect. The beach house was clean and roomy for our growing family. Anytime we have a question, Lucy is quick to respond. I highly recommend this site.

Three Gulls had LOTS of room for us to gather and relax - on the covered porches w/rockers & daybed swing, inside at the great room/kitchen/dining areas for up to 18. Gorgeous ocean views! We loved this property!

We just had a great stay at this house. The photos provide an accurate portrayal of the home, which is lovely and ideally located right at the beach. The home is beautiful and the kitchen well-appointed with all the needed items. We had a wonderful week and definitely recommend this home.

Great but could be better.

Architecturally beautiful property. Location- stunning. But it needs updating in comfort. Not enough pillows, beds, minimally comfortable. Linens, not good. Could not find blankets. Bathrooms, plentiful but lacking- only one old small bathtub in the whole house, with an ugly shower lining that was too long- almost dangerous. Sorry, but this property deserves better.

Beautiful house, well supplied kitchen, nice neighborhood, wonderful ocean view, very clean. The only downside is having to climb across the dune to access the beach. I highly recommend.

Perfect beach location

This was our 2nd stay at Three Gulls. Itā€™s a home perfectly situated on Pawleys - close to shopping, grocery and great restaurants and outside of the busyness of MYR. The beach is so clean and quiet. The house accommodated our group of friends and family, offering privacy and space for group dinners and living room conversations. The porches, 1st and 2nd floor are perfect for morning sunrises and afternoon reading. The kitchen has everything you might need for preparing meals for a crowd. Highly recommend!

60th Celebration

A group of 4 college roommates and daughters of one of the roommates got together for a surprise birthday celebration for the youngest of the group. The house is ideal for just such an occasion. Plenty of private spaces, plenty of gathering spaces both inside and out and the kitchen is a cooks dream. Easy to navigate and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. A delightful time was had by all.

Fantastic getaway

The hosts were some of the kindest and most responsive we have ever dealt with. Everything was very organized and well thought out. House had plenty of amenities, well stocked kitchen & plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some of the most beautiful ocean views. The paddle board/kayak was a fun touch too! We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and your home is just lovely!

Sibley Sisters-Class of 1963

This home was perfect for our 60th. reunion. A group of five Registered Nurses enjoyed this spacious home located on the beach. The elevator was an asset for our age group. This home is so beautiful and reflects the heart and soul of the owners. We the Sibley Sisters did not want to leave at the end of the week.

Beautiful Quiet Pawleys Island

Lovely home, perfect location! Enjoyed ocean and creek adventures and abundant wildlife. Beds could definitely do with replacing, and be warned that listing is inaccurate in terms of bathing - only one tub out of 5 bathrooms, and in the only downstairs bedroom ā€” a concern if traveling with small children.

Three Gulls has been a family owned home since 1982.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We have owned our home since 1982. During Hurricane Hugo it withstood the storm. In 2001 the home was eventually torn down (made front page of the Pawleys paper - which you will see framed in our living room) and was rebuilt to gorgeous home it is today. Renovations have been made since 2001 as well.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The Three Gulls is LOVED by all who visit. The view is amazing with lots of dunes and beach front. Its unique in that it has a view like no other especially from our top deck. You can see the inlet to Litchfield Beach and to the pier looking south. We also have a small dock allowing creek access on the other side of the street behind us.
