The location was beautiful, the woman who checked us in was so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. we were able to live our holiday hallmark dreams around Park City!

5-min walk to lifts!
Great location. It is a 5-minute walk to the lifts, as well as the buses. Easy to hop on a bus and head to the historic downtown area for dinner or shopping. Check-in was super easy, and the communication was great. There is a rental shop inside the condo, which makes it easy to rent your equipment. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice to have after a long day on the slopes.

I have to give 5 stars to All seasons lodging and VRBO for immediately working with us to refund our stay after we arrived to find a leak had occurred in the condo the night before we arrived. I want to recognize Ben at the front desk and Toby at the home office for how wonderful and understanding they were! Kudos to both companies for their outstanding customer service! The lobby area of Shadow Ridge is very nice as well.Although we only stayed in the property 1 night I can confidently give it 1 star. It is very dated, poorly laid out, and TINY. There is no way 6-10 average size people could be comfortable there for more than a day or two. The master bedroom is adequate size however the other two rooms are very small and have no closets. I should have looked closer at the pictures to note the bare curtain rod hung above a dresser with no hangers at all. And the twin bunk bed room cannot fit any adults or teenagers comfortably. Perhaps if you have very young or small children and very little luggage but anyone over the age of 8 is going to be miserable. The kitchen and living areas are dated and worn with I suspect all original carpet, appliances and furnishings. Screens were torn, the couch had a cigarette burn, and the loveseat had a hard wooden edge that dug into you if you sat too close to the side. The condo is advertised as luxury but feels more like a youth hostel. The only redeeming quality is that it is walking distance to the slopes.

Great Location
This property was as advertised. Very close to the lifts and a fairly easy walk to "main street" if you wanted to walk. The ammenities were nice, small outdoor pool (it looks pretty big in the pictures, but it's small. Decent though) indoor hottub was super hot. Location on the first level was great. Two of the bedrooms in this unit are interior, no windows, be careful with that..... you can sleep in easily. Also the heating/ cooling in two of the bedrooms didn't seem to be controlled by the unit thermostat, it was 1000 degrees in two rooms couldn't keep the doors closed or you'd be smoked out of the room! We weren't there long enough to ask about it. Otherwise great spot.
