Hi John. Thanks for bringing this up again. As I assisted you while you were there. There is a Mini Split on the first floor located in the seating area just off of the kitchen. It keeps the first floor nice and warm. There is also a fireplace in the living room and portable heaters for the first floor bedroom, in case anyone wants extra heat. On the second floor is an additional portable oil heater which keeps the loft nice and warm. We host many guests during our beautiful Autumn and moody winter season who enjoy the cozy warm cottage on the beach. I am very sorry to hear that after I gave you instructions and also checked back with you, that you did not have heat nor let me know.
