That said, we truly regret the inconvenience you experienced with the internet during your stay. Reliable Wi-Fi is especially important when travel plans include remote work, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have that disrupted. What you described regarding the internet outage is not the standard we strive to uphold. We’ve followed up directly with the property owner to ensure this situation does not occur again, and we are also reviewing our internal checks to help prevent similar disruptions in the future. While the character of older homes can bring charm, cleanliness should never be compromised, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for review and improvement. We include a "starter" roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and trash liners in each trash can. We will start leaving a box of trash bags under the kitchen sink for guests. We are in the midst of a spring cleaning now.

We are glad you enjoyed the house and location. The thermostat has a limit of 72 degrees in order to work the thermostat you have to hold the button until it blinks then adjust accordingly. We will upgrade the pots and pans in the kitchen this spring.
