**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

144 Captain John Fripp received a complete kitchen renovation at the beginning of 2018. This villa is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The corner villa offers a larger deck than most John Fripp Villas. In addition to the ocean front view, this villa overlooks the adult pool complex.

144 Captain John Fripp is center island making it convenient to all amenities offered. It's just a few steps from Fripp's most popular beach area or if you want to cool off in the pool, it's even closer.

Walk less than 50 yards to the beach, adult pool, family pool, fitness center, Ocean View lounge, Beach Club Restaurant or the food court.

Most rooms offer great ocean views. This villa has two ocean front master bedrooms plus two additional bedrooms. All bedrooms offer attached full baths. There is central heat and air in the unit & also separate units in each bedroom for individual comfort.

A fully equipped kitchen & two tables offer plenty of dining space for those times when you want to enjoy a homecooked meal.

The deck accessible through the living room & the left side master bedroom overlooks the ocean. On the deck, sit & view the ocean, grill, or listen to the music when it's playing at the Sandbar adult pool area.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Clubā€™s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We Seeā€™um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

We have stayed all over the island and this was our favorite spot by far. The easy beach access and central location was perfect for our family.

We had the best time! Great location for our family. The 2 negatives is that the parking is really limited and tight and the decor could use a little refreshing. Otherwise we had a Frippin good time!!

Fun beach Villa

This villa was perfect for us. It was larger than I expected and the most amazing location. You could hear the music and watch the adult pool every night. Not too loud but set a nice vacation mood. We woke up every morning to a view of the ocean. Would recommend!

In real estate location is key and this villa has the best real estate on the island if you want to have direct access to the beach and adult pool. You can stay at nicer places on the island, but if your goal is convenience then this JF Villa takes second to none. The kitchen is exactly what you expect from a villa. The one downside is the grill has to be electric so it limits your grilling options. I donā€™t think I have been to any villa and thought that was 5 Star clean so it met my expectation of what it would be.

Perfect location and great for large families/groups

This unit was perfect for our group as every room had an attached bathroom and easily accommodated everyone. It was clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. Check-in process was easy as everything was arraigned in advance. Pool, food and entertainment was within walking distance and we were able to sit on the deck and listen to music nightly. We will definitely consider renting again in the future.

Prime location with the best view. Easy walking access to the beach.

Simple process. Keys and amenity cards waiting for you in the condo. Leave the condo like you found it with keys and amenity cards on the table. Great time with our kids and grandkids.

Fripp Island Vacation

Fripp Island is an amazing place to visit. The beaches are beautiful! You park your car and off you go on bikes, feet or golf carts. This was a relaxing week for everyone. The check in was seamless! The golf cart was ready when we arrived. The Fripp Valet brought our rented chairs and canopy just like they promised! When we had a small issue the property manager got back to me in minutes! So happy with our stay!

Perfect beach spot

If youā€™re looking for convenience to the beach and the Beach Club, this is a great location! The only two challenges are parking (itā€™s very tight and only 2 spots per unit) and noise from the club area. The music at the club didnā€™t bother us because we have older children that stay up late but I would be cautious with younger kids. We actually enjoyed the live music at night while sitting in the back porch! The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and the unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils. We visit Fripp frequently and would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean. Right at the beach club where we enjoyed ice cream each night. Could hear the music from the deck....not too loud though. Easy access to beach. Had enough room and bathrooms for everyone! Really a nice place. Thank you for sharing your property with others.

Great location

The location was excellent. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours after check in time to get in because it had not been cleaned. This was very frustrating as we had all traveled several hours and had groceries in the car. When we were finally able to get in, it had not been properly cleaned. I had to spend time cleaning behind them. Did not even get an apology. They offered to come back and clean but it was too late and we had already moved everything in.

Great vacation spot

Some things were not quite right but the property managers fixed any needs promptly and courteously. Great location. Close to the adult pool entertainment so be prepared for nighttime noise. Nice to be near the family pool and snack bar and the walkway to the beach.

Beautiful place!

Our family, including 5 children ages 1-8, stayed here last week and had a wonderful time! The location is great with the adult pool and Olympic pool within easy walking distance. Our little ones were up very early and the sunrise views are phenomenal, especially from the living room! The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels. We had a great family vacation at this property and canā€™t wait to return!

Smelled like mold terribly.

The property had a beautiful view, location was incredible and convenient. The big issue was that it smelled like mold, under the bathroom cabinets it was black mold. We bought bleach, damprid, mold remover products and air fresheners to try to cover the smell. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms died, maintenance was very nice, they came and gave us a portable unit. Overall it was a very nice place, maintenance was really kind but could use some mold remediation and better cleaning.

Great condo!!

The condo is much better in person than the photos - we were pleasantly surprised! The place is great, convenient to everything, easy easy access to the beach. We had a toddler and it made it so easy. Just realize one bedroom is up a spiral staircase so make sure whoever stays up there can climb tight stairs. We loved it and will stay here again.

Lovely view, deer everywhere,completely met our needs and centrally located to activities and adult pool. However no mention or picture of 2 narrow spiral staircases in which one was going from back deck down and another spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom!

Fripp was fantastic!

Our family loves to spend time together on the beach and in a nice areanot too crowded, and children friendly. Fripp Island had everything we were looking for, as well as not overpriced . Just a great family friendly, beautiful place to vacation.
