We stayed in this unit for a 4 night Mother/Daughter trip. The condo was very clean & the queen bed was super comfy! Pros: Communication was awesome!!Super clean!! Lots of pillows.Price Point - it was very affordable.Location - it was across the street from the seawall. Queen Bed - was super comfyBalcony - it was a good size & had tall, comfortable furniture for two. Plus a tall table-we ate breakfast there dailyNoise - we heard little to no noise during our stay. Pool - the resort has a very nice pool (no hot tub).TV - The TV in the living room/kitchen/dining was nice - we brough our own fire stick.Elevators - they were always available Air conditioning - it was ice cold! Cons:Parking - while there is plenty of parking - we paid 35.00 for the 4 days we were there. Bunkbeds - the mattresses and space were approximately 1/2 the size of a normal bunkbed twin size. It was tiny. They are 100% for 10 & under children.Couch - the couch pulled out (unfolded really - like a hospital couch where the back of the couch collapses into part of the bed) into a King Size Bed - it was huge but very uncomfortable. We ran to Wal-Mart & purchased a 3 inch queen memory foam mattress - it was still not big enough to cover the couch/bed. Sheets - we could not find a sheet for the couch.Lights at Night - the balcony light and the hallway lights stay on all night. We needed black out curtains.Ice Machine - none in the fridge or in the hallways.Overall 5 Stars
