Welcome to Greystone, an elegant hilltop retreat where luxury, comfort, and breathtaking Smoky Mountain views come together just a half mile from the Aquarium and downtown Gatlinburg. Designed for up to 10 guests, this beautifully appointed cabin features five private king suites, making it the perfect destination for family vacations, couples traveling together, and memorable mountain getaways.

Wake each morning to panoramic mountain views, enjoy coffee on one of two spacious decks, and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring. Inside, the open living spaces invite everyone together with warm wood interiors, cozy gas fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to gather for meals and conversation.

When it's time to play, challenge friends to a game of pool or the multicade arcade before retreating to one of five luxurious king suites, many featuring private bathrooms, jetted tubs, fireplaces, or deck access for an added touch of relaxation. A dedicated workspace with a computer and high-speed Wi-Fi also makes it easy to stay connected when needed.

Perfectly located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Greystone offers the ideal blend of peaceful mountain seclusion and convenient access to the Smokies' most popular attractions.

Best of all, your four-legged family members are welcome too, so everyone can enjoy the adventure together.

The cabin itself was pretty nice, very spacious, and location was convenient. The hot tub did not work the entire trip while we were there. Called first day and it was never fixed. None of the indoor tubs with jets worked as well. The pool table was very dated with broken sticks and busted balls as well. Overall nice cabin but with amenities not working/damaged you definitely could find something nicer for the money.

We’re truly sorry the hot tub never worked during your stay despite your call on the first day, that the indoor jetted tubs were also non-functional, and that the pool table was outdated with broken sticks and balls. Those amenities should have been in working order, and we apologize for the disappointment.We’ve already scheduled repairs and replacements for the hot tub, jetted tubs, and pool table equipment so future guests don’t experience the same issues.Thank you for the honest feedback. cabin was very clean and furniture in very good shape. we had 8 family members there and noone had any complaints. everyone said the beds were comfortable. would definetely stay at this location again if we have a large group again. cabin is 1 minute ride to the main road where all the shopping and activities are.

The home was great. We had a great time. Overall we never received any attraction tickets. We were offered to check in a day early but when asked if we could check in early the day of it never responded.

It was so clean. When you walked in it smelled good! There was plenty of room and places to sleep. Very nice sectional and chair to relax in and watch tv in the family room. Our only issue was the tv remotes batteries didn’t work and when I text we had to go to the office and get them. We never made it to the office so we had to stop at a store and buy some. Another plus is, the parking is easy because it’s flat in front of the cabin.

Great location, quick and easy access to Gatlinburg, just above aquarium. Check in process was seamless, questions and responses by property management team were immediate and extremely helpful. Spacious and well-stocked, and seeing the family of black bears was a hit for the entire family!

Amazing cabin with awesome views

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin was plenty of room for our family and was very clean best part was sitting on the deck looking out over Gaitlinburg. Everything was so close was able to do things without having to go very far parking garages were just 10 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful house with more then enough space for the 6 of us staying. It was the perfect distance to down town to be able to walk and check out the area. Very clean!

Great Location

This property is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Plenty for the kids and adults to do. There’s a Pac-Man game that works and a full size pool table. The double decks are narrow put they worked for what we needed. The beds are large and comfortable.

Amazing cabin & Great location

We loved staying at this cabin! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and nicely taken care of. Host was very responsive. Only a 2 minute drive down to Gatlinburg, you could walk it’s just a little steep. We also loved how there was only one cabin near us, we felt close to the city but not in a crowded area. Would definitely book here again!

Very Nice & Great Location

We had a very nice stay at greystone. The customer service was also very good. It worked out very well it with our families staying here. I dont have any negatives. The view off the porch was much better than I expected. You cannot beat the proximity to town. In a matter of seconds your in town, in another your back up with a great mountain view.

Cabin / House full of plenty

Everything here is as described BUT you cannot walk to town. That statement in the description is mis-leading because the road is steep & curvy. This property is exactly what we were looking for — IN the area, with views & no worries how to get anywhere.

Just Okay

For the most part the property was fine. We had several issues like no internet and no hot water in the upstairs bedroom. Owner fixed the internet the next day, but other things about the home - the room with the pool table is too small, and makes it unfeasable to use

Property just as described but

Everything was nice and as described in listing. My real only complaint was the hot tub. There was no chlorine in auto feeder and the water was cloudy and smelled. Filter also was dirty.

showing its age

property is showing its age. TV set up is clunky. Hot tub would work/not work. Couldn't get the gas grill to function on all burners. the house has a weird musty smell like an animal has died in it. we had to get air fresheners. showers were mildewy and the water pressure is non existent

Family holiday trip

The cabin was clean, spacious, updated and comfy furnishings and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Plenty of room for our 8 family members. Really liked it was all king beds with bathrooms (many towels provided for each). The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of mugs, wine glasses, 2 full coffee makers and a Keurig. Nice large dining table that fit all of us. Gas fireplaces and grill were wonderful! Only drawback was the Roku system constantly reset and bumped you to the Home Screen. The live tv via Spectrum also did not work. So watching TV was not happening. Overall we loved the cabin and the location and views were great! Would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious cabin! With five bedrooms and five baths, it provided ample room for our entire family and more. The generous layout ensured that everyone had their own comfortable space, complemented by a sizable common area that facilitated quality time together. The well-equipped kitchen was a standout, allowing us to prepare meals without the need to venture into town. Accommodating six people easily, the cabin could have comfortably hosted even more, making it ideal for larger groups. A notable perk was its pet-friendly policy, making it a perfect retreat for those with furry companions. One minor drawback is the lack of walkability. Despite being less than a mile from Gatlinburg, the absence of safe sidewalks posed a challenge for those preferring to explore the area on foot. Nevertheless, this small inconvenience did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience we had at this impressive cabin.

Love the Chalet but…Became Sick From Gas Leak and No Hot Tub

We have stayed in this chalet before and loved it! At that time, it was owner-managed but, now it is managed by a rental company. We really wanted to love our stay in this beautiful chalet but, this stay did not go well. We checked in a few minutes after 4:00pm and as soon as we entered the chalet, we could smell gas. We looked at all 3 fireplaces and the pilot light was not lit on any of them and the gas smell was fairly strong. We immediately opened the windows and called the management company. That was a few minutes after 4:00. By 6:30, we were cold (windows open), several of our family members were nauseous and had headaches and no one had come to look at the problem so, I called again. By 8:00, most of our family members had decided to leave and no one had come to check the gas smell. During this time, we also discovered that the hot tub was not working either. I called again around 8:15 and finally someone arrived to look at the fireplaces. The gentleman who showed up noted that there appeared to be a gas leak and turned the gas’off to all of the fireplaces. The next morning, the management company called and said someone would be out to look at the hot tub shortly. The only access to the deck with the hot tub is through the bedroom my daughter was sleeping in so, she got up and went upstairs to wait. We were still waiting at 3:15pm so, I called and asked them not to bother. Bottom line - 4 hours to respond to gas leak, fireplaces never worked, nor hot tub.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
