Located on the dunes of a beautiful wide beach adjacent to Delaware Seashore State Park, you will eat, sleep, and relax to the sounds of the ocean waves from this Atlantic Watergate townhome. After your many water adventures, head for the shared tennis court, playground, or picnic area. Additionally, nearby, you'll be delighted to find a lifeguarded beach just a mile north at Indian River Inlet, as well as, numerous seaside restaurants and shops.

Before heading inside your stay, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, located inside the carport.

Warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and marvelous ocean views make up the interior of this charming townhome. When you need a break from the sun, the spacious living room offers ample seating and a large TV and high speed internet so you can log into your favorite streaming account. When you aren't hanging out here, head for one of the townhome's oceanfront balconies, one accessible on the second floor and the other on the third floor.

When hunger arises, head for the well-appointed kitchen where cooking is made a breeze amongst stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Under the glow of the wicker chandelier, indulge in some of your favorite family-style meals.

Each of the three bedrooms are equally cozy, and offer central air-conditioning, soft linens, and natural lighting. One bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling folding screen to create two separate spaces - each with its' own closet, door, and window. Perks like board games, a private washer/dryer, and a DVD player round out the townhome's stellar interior perks.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
