Here, itineraries will be full with hours of community fun as The Lifestyle has nightly music, comedy shows, restaurants, shops, athletic courts, pools, and so much more! Additionally, less than 17 miles from the home, guests can visit Lake Okahumpka Park, Flat Island Preserve, and the Orange Blossom Hills Golf & Country Club.

When it's time to relax, the light-filled, open-concept interior comes well-prepared to host! Cooking is made easy amongst the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and ample meal prep space. Whereas the living room provides an excellent spot to sit back and watch the morning news or nighttime movies. The home's separate laundry room keeps chore time at bay, and the private back patio offers the perfect spot to sip on morning cups of coffee or prepare a barbecued meal.

Sleep is sure to come naturally in each of the bedrooms, lined with high-quality linens and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guest ID – Issued by the Recreation Department or District Customer Service Office. Valid for dates listed on the card – up to 30 days. Can be renewed at the end of 30 days. No charge. Not valid at Sports Pools or the advanced tee time system. This will provide them access to over 55 community amenities.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
