One bedroom apartment in a fantastic location on Daytona beach, with direct ocean view!
One bedroom with queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeper chair and sofa in living room. There is a 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.

There are 2 pools on the property one is heated that are both open 😊

Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

Parking included for 1 vehicle.
Rental comes with key fob for pool and beach access.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

Fantastic condo - 2 adults and 2 kids fit extremely comfortably. Used the kitchen every day! Fantastic location with 2 great pools. Beautiful beach access also!

The accommodations were cozy and comfortable. Loved having a separate bedroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Nice location. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Trip

Perfect place for our quick trip to see our daughter compete at Daytona Cheer Nationals. Four of us were comfortable for the two nights we stayed. Please was clean and two bathrooms were amazing to have. Steps to the beach and pool. Walking distance to Ocean Center and the Bandshell(a little over a mile) .

The kitchen was well stocked and it was a very comfortable cosy spot with direct ocean view and lovely sound of the waves. The pool was nice and nice having umbrellas and loungers. I loved the artwork it made it feel very much like a cottage on the beach. We loved having our coffee on the deck ever morning

This is a little hidden Gem.... The room was very clean. The views from the private balcony are Beautiful. Close enough to walk to many restaurants and little shops. We would Love to stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I stayed in this lovely, well appointed unit to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary. At 75 and 81 yrs old the elevator was a big plus when rolling our things up to the 4th floor. The unit is one of the cleanest we've stayed at and believe me I'm picky when it comes to that. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. View was magnificent. Our host was easy to contact and extremely kind and accommodating when at last minute we asked to book an extra night. We rate our stay a strong 5 out of 5 and look forward to coming back in near future.

Great location. The heated pool was the best & lovely area in front with chairs & tables beachfront. Parking was plentiful & close to elevator. Close to everything. The unit was a bit grungy. Pillows, rugs, couches & blankets could use a cleaning. Kitchen was well equipped & coffee maker with reusable filter was great. I would suggest bringing something to cover the transom above the door as the exterior light is very bright at night if sleeping in the living room. Main bed was comfy & pull out chair was fine, though bedding had to be washed before use. Towels were plentiful & appreciated the beach towels. Overall a good stay with a beautiful ocean front view.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location, beachfront area, heated pool, and the convenience of the parking and amenities. I did want to clarify a couple of points for future guests: all blankets and bedding are cleaned after every stay, and the couches were inspected and found to be clean. The rugs were already scheduled for their routine cleaning immediately following your checkout, so the timing may have made them appear more worn than usual. I appreciate your note about the transom light — I’m looking into adding a simple cover for guests who sleep in the living room. I’m also happy to hear the kitchen setup, towels, and oceanfront view made your stay enjoyable. Thank you again for your visit, and we’d be happy to host you in the future.

The unit has a beautiful view! It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great to have a second bathroom. The one pool was open and had nice lounge chairs with cushions. If you’re familiar with Daytona beach you will expect some craziness but it felt very safe here, the beach was patrolled often. The only downside was the closest elevator was out of order, but I could easily take the stairs. It is an older building and nothing fancy but if you want to be right on the beach you can’t beat it!

I wouldn't stay again. Broken elevator so we had to walk the length of the building to get to our room and the same thing when we left. It's unnecessary - fix it! Toilet in bedroom was spraying water from underneath. Soaked the floor so I turned it off. Keurig wouldn't work-the display said "descale." Really? I'm supposed to clean it? The fan chain was pulled off and laid on the dresser. Room not clean enough. Lampshade covered in dust and the glass base was sticky- not recently cleaned. Overall not somewhere I'd recommend.the display neeneedsdecaling

My week stay was during the 3rd week in April. The unit was qaint and comfortable. It had all the needed basics as well as beach towels. The bed was comfortable. The smaller single pull out was not comfortable for an adult but fine for a child. The full pullout was not used . Weather was nice, beach water was chilly so it was nice to have the 2 pools one heated one not, which were kept very clean. Communication for ck in and out was problem free. Would stay again.
