You can access the Pools, Hot Tubs, Tiki Bar, and Beach on one of 3 high speed elevators.

Gulf Crest is an Ocean Front, Gated Resort located directly on the beach's of the Florida panhandle. The 22-story condominium features tropical landscaping, attached covered parking, with reserved parking, three high-speed elevators, two large outdoor pools (one seasonally heated), a Tiki Hut serving food and beverages (in season), two outdoor Hot Tubs, Kiddy Pool, One Gazebos, Four Charcoal Grills, a Fitness Center, Game Room, Club Room, and Direct Access to the Beach. An on-site office is staffed daily from 8:30 to 5:30 CST, and 24-hour security is provided.

This 1,800 square-foot oceanfront unit features an open floor plan with Floor to Ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light and an unobstructed view of the Beach and Ocean. As you can see in the pictures there are windows all the way around the condo with spectacular views all around you.

Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king size bed flat screen cable tv, a 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and cable tv, a third bedroom with a king size bed, and an out of the way bunk area with 2 twin size bunk beds, & a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper Bed in the living room.

Each bathroom has a tub/shower with glass enclosure, and the master bath has double sinks. All bedding and towels are provided.

Additional amenities in the unit include ceiling fans, 52 inch flat screen smart tv, High-Speed Wireless Internet, DVD player, and in-unit Laundry room with Washer & Dryer for your exclusive use.

Numerous Restaurants are within easy walking &/or driving distance. From the beach enjoy parasailing, pontoon boats, and wave runners. Golf courses are minutes away. Shopping is abundant, and a popular destination is Pier Park, a distinctive Key West-style shopping, dining, and entertainment complex for everyone.

There are bunk beds in an out of the way area behind the dining room table. They are twin size beds and are big enough to sleep grown adults, not only children.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
