Check out can be any day during the Saturday to Saturday time frame as long as the minimum 5 day rental is observed. All check outs are by Saturday.. Some weeks are excluded from 5 day minimum. Two bedroom unit with full kitchen, two full bathrooms, flat screen wall mounted TVs, Queen Bed, 2 twin beds, queen fold out sleeper, local telephone service, spectacular ocean view, huge balcony. Great spot for families. Resort has 24/7 security, multiple pools, multiple hot tubs, large lazy river, fitness center, on site laundromats, store, deli, ocean front bar and grill. NOTE: There is no daily maid service. Towels provided can be laundered at the laundromats on site. To rent this unit book through VRBO or feel free to ask any questions. The unit is located in the A building. Saturday check outs.

The Condo is simply furnished and decorated. No daily maid service and there is a laundromat (Several) on site for laundering towels, etc. Although this is a non-smoking unit people smoke on the balconies or in the hallways. This is not a smoke free environment.

There is an oceanfront cabana bar that serves drinks and snacks and has live music and DJ's in season. Children can take part in daily activities offered at the resort. Whether it's swimming in the ocean, participating in an activity or sport, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone at the Myrtle Beach Resort!

This is located inside a gated facility with its own security force. Check in is at 4PM or when unit is ready if earlier. Check out is at 10AM.

there is a $20 gate fee per week charge per vehicle and is payable credit card only at the front gate.

Great trip

We had a great time here, perfect for kids and adults. Location was excellent, easy to get in and out of the resort. The room was excellent and had a great view. Will be back!

Beautiful

What a lovely place to stay. Close to everything but far enough away to avoid all of the hustle and bustle of the strip.Took only a few minutes to get to the Sports Center. Our air conditioner went out and our host Bob was there in a matter of minutes had it repaired when we returned. Believe me, I will book here again.

Great Condo!

The condo was clean and stocked with kitchen gadgets you may need, fluffy towels , soaps and nice bedding ! The huge patio has a nice view of the ocean though you are not ocean front. Four nice, comfy chairs are just waiting for you to relax in! We had a couple interactions with our host and he was quick to respond and helped me with all my needs. I would definitely recommend this condo!!!

It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful week. Myrtle beach resort has so many wonderful amenities with all the pools, the play area and the tiki bar. The grounds itself are beautiful. Bob’s unit was clean and had all the things we needed to make meals in the kitchen. It was a little smaller than what we had envisioned but was plenty big enough for our uses. We had a few questions during our stay and Bob replied quite promptly. Overall, it was a great week and I would rent from him again.

Great vacation place

My husband and I along with my two adult children stayed here and was satisfied with everything except the beds. Everything else was like a home away from home with all the accommodations the resort came with. Especially liked the fact that you have 2 pools, a lazy river, the beach and a bar all in one area. Would be back if the bed mattress were more comfortable.

Nice location, but an outdated and dirty unit

Checking in was easy, place had a nice beach umbrella and chairs. All you would need to make a meal, nice view from the balcony. Unit was dirty, just walking on carpet barefoot made my feet black. Needs an update.

Wonderful week

Our family had a wonderful week staying in this condo at the myrtle beach resort. The property had so many great amenities that our family enjoyed including the beach, the lazy river, pool and a fun little restaraunt with live music! Robert was great with quickly responding to any questions I had and would definitely stay here again !

Our Stay Was Pleasant And Comfortable!

This unit was very clean and was adequately stocked with essential items upon arrival. The bedrooms were sized perfectly and the beds were very comfortable (to include extra blankets) -- the unit is sized perfectly and will fit a family of six comfortably as well. The condo is in a great area and within walking distance to the beach. The lazy river and pool were tons of fun! There are also tons of local area attractions not far from the resort. My family had no issues with this unit and would certainly make a reservation here for our next stay in Myrtle Beach! I would also like to note that Bob responded promptly whenever I had a quick inquiry regarding the property. Which indicates he is a responsive property owner, this is very important while renting a space from someone on a temporary basis. You must strongly consider renting this property while planning your stay in Myrtle Beach, you will be very pleased :-)

Best vacation yet

After a long 9 hour drive with 4 kids it was so nice to get to the condo to find it clean, comfortably furnished and perfectly located within the resort. The beach a short walk on one side and the lazy river just a short walk on the other. Beach side pool was our favorite. The two indoor pools were a great break from the sun. Very affordable and hope to come again. The process through VRBO was so easy and the owner responded quickly to my message. Loved it.

Great family vacation spot!

This was a wonderful vacation condo! The condo was close to the pools and the beach. Very quite at night and clean. I would definetly recommend to anyone. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very affordable.

This condo has many wonderful surprises!!

My family of 6 stayed here for the first time for five nights. We knew very little about this resort. We were surprised by many things. The pool, lazy river, jacuzzi, and grill areas (3 of them) were located right down below us! There are bench swings located in many places. There is another pool located beachfront (awesome when the ocean is rough or the beach is crowded and you decide the pool would be better). Parking was never a problem even though the whole facility seemed to be booked. There are always on-duty staff members to keep the kids (and some adults) in line and safe at the pool area. The condo building and grounds were well kept and peaceful. The room was absolutely spotless on arrival. The beds were all comfy including the pullout couch. An unexpected view of the ocean was great. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the tree frogs and crickets sing with the crashing waves in the distance. The sun decks are located on this floor also. They were not popular with the other guests and we usually had a quiet place to enjoy the stars and view of sunrise. The owner responded to my texts faster than my friends and family do. He answered all questions I had. We felt at home the entire stay and felt we were renting from a friend. Our stay was the best in years and hope to return for many more!

Nice place!

Great Stay!!

We visited this condo while in town for a softball tournament. Great location to market commons, grocery store, and shopping. Our group included kids and mother in law. The layout worked great to suit our family. The condo was spotless upon arrival. There were ample towels and bedding for the fold out couch along with extra pillows if needed. The kitchen did provide the basic items needed to cook meals along with a dishwasher. The master bedroom had a blacked out window which was great for sleeping. Being on the top floor, the unit was very quiet, I did not hear any noise from any neighbors. Good location, close to pools and beach. Overall a great stay for our family!

Comfortable and affordable condo

My husband, two year old son, and I stayed in this condo for a week with another couple and their eighteen month old son. When we arrived, the condo was spotless and had all of the basics for a week long stay, including the necessities for storing and preparing basic breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate portable cribs for both toddlers and still have room to move around. Both rooms had decent sized closets and drawer space. Also, the rooms were very dark with the lights off, so the toddlers slept in, a wonderful vacation perk! The resort itself was perfect for our situation with two small children. We spent our mornings in the kiddie pool area, which was right at the end of our building. We went to the beach in the afternoons after naps and after the crowds had moved out. (We were there for the week following July 4th, so the beach was crowded in the morning.) The beach was also a short walk from our building. The owner was running a special for booking in May, so we got the condo for the summer shoulder rate. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with.

This is a fifth floor unit and is normally very quiet. One of the traveller's comments summed it up nicely. It's in the A building which has the ocean front pool at one end and the lazy river at the other end. There is also a kiddie pool in the area by the lazy river which is located just west of the building.

A great place to relax with many great restaurants and things to do nearby. You will stay busy the entire time if you choose or you can simply relax on the beach.
