This newly remodeled second floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen and twin bunk bed and a master bedroom with a queen size bed. This unit comfortably sleeps 7 adults. The unit has a master bath and an additional bath, both with full size tubs. Our condo is 5 doors away from the indoor pool in Building B and only a few steps to the beach with a view that is amazing ! We are located in the direct middle of the resort with easy access to all the amenities.

Loved our family vacation at this location. The unit is perfectly located in Building B. The condo is very nicely renovated and maintained. Kitchen is very well furnished. The owner is easily reached and adorable. Thanks again for everything Debbie !!

Thank you for your feedback . We encourage people to let us know how we can improve our condo for maximum enjoyment for our renters. We have already replaced both mattresses and we are sure they will allow for a great night sleep !

Great stay

The rooms were great and just as described. We had a great view of the water and had a great time during our stay. I had to call for the code to the room due to not getting an email from Vrbo but that wasn’t on the owner. She assisted me quick and we were in right on time. This is a great place to stay and very easy to get around and book. Thank you for the opportunity.

Condo was as described. Debbie responded promptly to all emails and phone calls. Parking could be better but that is out of Debbie's control. Thanks for a wonderful stay

This is a Gem!

We were very pleased with the property, the amenities, location and the condo. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The check in process was very easy. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The couch was practically brand new. The space was more than enough for my husband, myself and 2 teenagers. It was very affordable. We had family staying in other condos and at Lakewood and easy to walk to the other buildings. All the staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be staying here again. The host was available for any needs that came up and sent a friendly "Enjoy your vacation" message upon day of arrival.

We loved the location, easiness of check in and check out, and the condo was a perfect size for our Family of 6. We have 4 kids 5 and under and it was great! Close to the beach and multiple pools around!

Great place for families

We loved having access to multiple pools, including the awesome indoor pool. The condo was close to both pools, beach access and the laundry room.

Perfect set up for our family vacation. Kitchen stocked well. Perfect location for beach. Lazy river, basketball court and indoor pool added extra activities for kids! Would stay again!

Very nice over all.

Honestly, for the price, this was a great stay! Condo was very clean! I only have a few complaints. The info sent to me said that the guard shack would give me a gate code to use for the week but when we arrived the guards all said that a code can only be issued by the owner prior to our stay. So, as you can imagine, I had issues every time we decided to leave/return to the condo. There is also no washer and dryer inside the condo. You have to pay to use the communal laundry room down the hall which was NOT very clean and closed before 11pm every night. The condo IS NOT 10 parking spaces away from the ocean lol but its only about a min and half walk. The ocean view from balcony was not what I would have preferred BUT the beach was pretty (a little more trash than I had hoped to see) and the pools were AWESOME (very clean). There was a great mixture of different families and groups staying which always makes things interesting! There isn't a whole lot to do in the area but the boardwalk is about 20 minutes away by car and there is endless attractions there and definitely worth the drive!! I would absolutely recommend this property for families with kids between the ages of 5-12. Any younger than 5 you would be wore out from packing, walking and chasing. Any older and they will get bored very quickly bc there isn't much to do within walking distance. My 3 teenagers (17,16 & 13) got very restless toward the end of the week but my 10 year old was very content the whole time just enjoying the pools and the beach.

Thank you for your review. To clarify the process of security, the owner registers the guest with an online security company and the renter receives an email directly from the online security company. The owner does not know the code you are issued. Our VRBO website clearly states the laundry room is down the hall. The laundry room is managed by the Management Company, not the owner. Once you exit the building, there are 10 parking spaces to the beach access which is after the pool area. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you visit again.

Lovely condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo and MBR. It’s even better than the photos show and I really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony with a great view of the ocean. I would add that this unit is great for social distancing. It’s on the second floor so easy to take stairs instead of elevator which is exactly what we did most of the time and Debbie is the best. If you ask a question she replies back very promptly. Thanks for having us on short notice!

Best property I’ve stayed in yet!!

We came to Myrtle Beach with a total of 25 people - typically there would have been more however the virus kept a few folks back this year. We were very happy with our rental the place was very clean nicely decorated and much more up to date than previous rentals we had here! Everyone loved our condo the best out of the 5 rented in our group! Disappointed in the pool closings and shorter hours on the ones that were open but we did enjoy our stay and plan on coming back 😉

Another great MBR stay

This unit was clean and well stocked with dishes/utensils, bath towels, and beach chairs/boards. The twin over double in the second bedroom was great. We would love to stay here again! Be sure to pack your own toiletries and tp, paper towels, dishwasher pods etc. the ‘starter’ sets go fast!

Beautiful Condo

I have stayed at the Myrtle Beach Resort for 30 years now, originally with my parents and now with kids of my own. We absolutely love the property and all of the amenities it has. This specific condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in and had everything we needed. We ran into a small problem with check in but Debbie was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Would definately stay in this unit again!
