Designed in a Scandinavian modern-rustic style, Marla on the Mountain has been adorned with a natural color palette and boasts vaulted ceilings and groove wood accents. With creature comforts like a grand stone fireplace, feather stuff upholstery, wool rugs, and original artwork - you will always feel at home.

The galley kitchen is any chef's dream with its gas range, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertops, and garbage disposal.

Steps away, the condo's sleeping quarters include one primary bedroom with a luxury Saatva mattress and an en suite bathroom, as well as one additional guest room with a swivel rocker reading chair and USB and AC ports. The bathrooms include glass showers, a deep soaking tub, and heated flooring.

When you can pull yourself away from your mountain view oasis, check out the area's desirable skiing hotspots, easily accessible via the weekend shuttle bus. Or, check out Banner Elk's restaurants and bustling nightlife. Boone and Blowing Rock are also just up the road, encompassing all the best of the High Country mountains, arts, dining, and shopping scenes.
