Settle down on the gleaming shoreline of Lake Granbury when you call this waterfront charmer your home away from home! The perfect spot for swimming, the home is located on a cove off the main body of the lake. When you'd prefer to boat, a private boat dock is available, and a private neighborhood boat ramp is within close distance. Additionally, nearby, explore Granbury’s historic town square, the Granbury Opera House, Squaw Valley Golf Course, Dinosaur Valley State Park, and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center.

Vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, and comfortable conveniences make up the interior of your stay. Tune into your favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. Prepare delicious dishes in the upgraded kitchen. Rinse off the day's sunscreen in the large walk-in shower. And, don't forget to refresh your swimsuits in the home's private washer/dryer! Additional creature comforts include a wood-burning fireplace, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

As the sun begins to set over the water, head back outside and fire up the gas grill. Your barbecue can be enjoyed al fresco on the dock's dining table as you watch the yellow, orange, and pink hues fill the sky.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No events, parties, or large gatherings.
The maximum boat size is 22ft, with a maximum weight of 5000 pounds.
Please respect the neighbors and stay within the property limits.
Swimming is allowed at the end of the dock. Due to varying lake levels, diving is prohibited.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: We have three outdoor cameras. One is located in the front of the house and looks down the driveway toward the street, one is located on the back deck and looks at the back yard, and one is on the storage shed and looks at the boat dock. All motion sensing and audio are turned off when guests are present.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
