Anniversary Trip

We came to DC for an Anniversary trip with our 3 children and spouses and 12 grandchildren. The house was perfect for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house location was perfectly located for the metro station. We all had a wonderful time.

The property was in excellent shape. The only matter of concern was the blending of the steps with the flooring. I suggest that the owner add more strips so one would know that it is the last step.

Great House for a Big Group

I was leading a large group to visit DC for several days. The house is in a wonderful location -- very convenient to the Metro and grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and the commons spaces were a great hit for just hanging out. Absolutely recommend!

An excellent property for an extended family Thanksgiving with family from both coasts and Norway. Bedrooms were large and it was great having good size ensuite bathrooms for all. There was plenty of dishware and glassware though not enough cooking utensils for a full Thanksgiving dinner. Fortunately our son lives in Alexandria, and we were able to borrow from him. There are some cooking items that it would be helpful to have - e.g., carrot peeler, box grater, blender, serving spoons. We had an issue with a smoke alarm going off (dead battery) and the property management sent someone right away. Overall a great experience.

Family Reunion

This was a perfect home for almost anyone who has a family very nicely set up extremely clean many amenities for usage has washer and dryers on all three levels absolutely gorgeous inside and out and close to so many wonderful places to see

Fabulous and Well Equipped Family Rental

The photos of the home don’t do it justice. Well-appointed chef’s kitchen, large eat-in kitchen and formal dining areas, and large sized en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom. A true home away from home. Our extended family had a magnificent week. Our host was a fantastic communicator and answered all our questions. I highly recommend the experience. Convenient to highways, and The East Falls Church metro was a 5 min walk away. Superb on every level. Thank you!

Excellent Stay

The pictures are nice, it looks even better in person. Very spacious. Convenient - home is right off of the highway but surprisingly there was no noise, quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive to DC. Plenty of hot water for everybody

Perfect Place!

This is my 6th year traveling with my 8th graders and their parents to DC, and this was by far the best house in every aspect. The house is even more stunning in person, a real "Wow!" kind of place. The location is just down the street from the Metro. In the past, with a group our size we've had to stay further out and take the bus. This trip was amazingly better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for a large reunion

This house is absolutely huge. Very clean and it appears to have fairly new or renovated floors and bathrooms. The party room downstairs has a pool table, air hockey and other games. The living room is large and can accommodate large groups. The only negative would be the city noise at night (loud trucks and fire engines) but that’s life in the big city! Very good location and overall an outstanding VRBO. Highly recommended.

Awesome Falls Church Home

We gathered with our adult children and my husband's family to celebrate a milestone birthday and Thang and Xuan's home was absolutely incredible!!!! With 9 bedrooms and en-suite baths, huge open concept living room, kitchen and two dining areas, and a gaming area, it was perfect for entertaining and gathering!! Thang allowed us an early check-in and everything from start to finish was perfect!!! SO GRATEFUL!!!

Huge, clean, convenient

Our healthcare office took a team building trip to DC and this was truly an incredible find. Super new and clean, lots and lots of beds/bedrooms/ baths, fun hang out spots and an incredible kitchen. The perfect respite after a full day of meetings or sightseeing. Owner was very responsive and helpful, especially after we experienced flight delays. Five stars, excellent!

Navy Reunion

The place was everything that we needed big enough for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms. Great location for us to visit DC and see the sites. Great entertainment house for us to all gather and enjoy our visit with everyone. Stairs might need some lighting on the stairs inside should get some lighting added to the foot of them just as a caution because of the color they are hard to see when walking down you could possibly miss a step and fall. Otherwise this was an amazing place with everything we needed.

Perfect Place for a Large Gathering

We used this house for a family reunion with 25 people ranging from 18 months to 82 years of age. This home was perfect. The rooms are spacious with great closets and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen have ample room for everyone to gather. The kids had a blast in the basement with the pool table, shuffleboard and air hockey. The host is super responsive and very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for son’s wedding weekend

The house fit our needs perfectly. We were all able to be together to celebrate our son’s wedding weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The game room was a plus even with older kids. The kitchen, dining room and living room space was wonderful. We were all able to be together. The easy access to the Metro was a plus and was easy access to Highway and close to BJ’s. Would highly recommend this beautifully maintained home to any larger group.

Great place for BIG Family

This home was built for our family! Enough room for 4 grown children with their spouses and 2 children each. A convent master suite on main floor for those who find stairs challenging and another very large master suite on second floor for the parents! The 2 teenagers enjoyed their separate rooms in the basement with all the games and huge tv. So did the younger children before their bedtime. Plenty of eating areas. Large kitchen well stocked with cups, plates, glasses. Conveniently located near Metro and restaurants and grocery stores.

DC cherry blossoms

This house was amazing. Perfect for a “family “ vacation. There were rooms for everyone with a great open kitchen and family room where everyone could sit and visit. The interior decorating was beautiful. Perfect location for hopping on and off the Metro rail to tour the sites in DC and very convenient to take to/from the Regan airport. The host was a 10+ very responsive and accommodating to all questions and requests. We truly can’t say enough about this home. Will definitely rent again in the future!!🎉

This house was amazing!!!

This property was wonderful!!! The house accommodated my large group for our visit to DC. We took a boys mentor group and familes to DC for an educational, cultural, and civics trip. This house was perfect! From the lovely kitchen, and open living space, to the spacious bedrooms and awesome basement with a spectacular gameroom area!! The only complaint we had was the stairs but I brought it the attention of the host and she said she would take care of the problem. We were also unable to work some of the appliances. I would definitely stay here again if in the area! We all loved it!

Spacious and beautiful home

This was the perfect home to rent. Some of husband's side of the family came and some of my side of the family came to visit DC for our son and daughter-in-law's baby shower. The house is very spacious and tastefully done. Each couple had their own spacious room with a large bathroom and closet. The kitchen and open living space was great for gathering, we all got to watch the Packer game in the evening. The basement is nicely done with all the game tables. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and barely two blocks from the train station that made it super easy to get to the museums. Definitely one of the nicest rentals we have had. The landlord responded quickly to any questions.

Extraordinary Experience

Location: Excellent. The metro station is a short walk, providing easy access to the DC area and airports. Home Amenities: Wonderful. Nicely appointed and designed to allow group gatherings. Crisp and clean look. Nice outdoor deck with gas grill. Host: Awesome. Responds quickly. Guest focused. Our reunion group of 10 women 60+ enjoyed the total experience. We liked to bed/baths, but wished there was more than one full length mirror. Also be aware that the home is not for the mobility challenged, because stair usage is required. Net, an extraordinary experience.

Great property, amazing access to Metro

We had a great time at this property, plenty of bedrooms for all of our guests to have personal space, common spaces also accommodated a lot of people! Any issues we had were promptly answered by the host. The beds were super comfortable, better than most hotels I have stayed at. The access to the Metro was two blocks away and we appreciated it for easy travel around DC/Georgetown. Having three laundry rooms was amazing, especially when travelling with kids. Property was clean and ready when we were told. A few things to note: you can hear noise from the basement to the top floor because there is one staircase that goes all the way up. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. I would recommend a second fridge in the basement to the host, it was difficult to keep enough food in the house for everyone as well as cold drinks.
