**Professionally Managed Property locally by APRÈS Vacation Homes**
This Luxury Residence in Park City, is located at the Canyons Village base of Park City Resort, and is set in the heart of an all-season playground with exclusive access to ski-in/ski-out for skiing within the United States' largest ski and golf resort.
The hotel is opulent in every way, starting with the beautiful lobby -- crystal chandeliers hang from the high beamed ceilings, antlers artfully displayed on the walls, and leather and dark-wood accents give a dramatic but warm feel. The restaurant is similarly cozy and upscale, with all rooms featuring fireplaces and large marble-and-granite bathrooms. The pool area is gorgeous as well, boasting magnificent mountain views. The unit also includes valet parking with in and out privileges. After a day on the slopes, return to the hotel to dine at the restaurant, drink at the bar/lounge, and enjoy comforts including an outdoor pool and a full-service spa.
Our Two-bedroom Residence has a spacious living room for relaxing and entertaining, a gourmet kitchen to cook anything you can imagine featuring all Viking stainless steel appliance, granite countertops, mosaic glass tile backsplash. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with three leather bar stools for that quick bite to eat. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a deluxe master bath with an over-sized, jetted tub and European walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a mini bar and en-suite bathroom.The unit also features a sofa bed in the living room, as well as stacked washer and dryer. A dining area with a large table and seating for 6. There is also a patio off of the living area with chairs and small table where you can sit out and enjoy a bottle of wine and beautiful views.
When you're ready to venture beyond the resort, a daily shuttle takes you to the Park City Base area, Deer Valley Resort and historic Main Street shops and restaurants. The largest ski resort in the U.S., Park City offers far more than just skiing/snowboarding. Save a day for dogsledding, a sleigh ride dinner, or bobsled rides at the Utah Olympic Park (15 curves at 60mph and 4Gs!). Or spend an afternoon tubing at Gorgoza Park, where the littlest tubers get their own hill. Take full advantage of the summer season with the (thankfully downhill) Historic Park City Bike Tour, that's focused on the area's fascinating mining history. (Shh, no one tell the kids it's actually educational.) Golfers will most definitely want to spend a morning or three at the Canyons Golf Course, and if you're looking to solidify your status as Most Incredible Trip Planner Ever, book a hot air balloon ride.
*As with all hotel guests, there is a $50 daily resort fee that you will pay directly to the hotel upon check in. The resort fee includes the following; wifi, hotel shuttle, gym access, free daily exercise classes, daily morning coffee and newspaper in the lobby, free ski valet and nightly s'mores by the pool fire pit.
**There is a Daily $48.00 Parking Fee that you will pay to the front desk upon Check-In
***In addition to your departure, a daily cleaning fee will be assessed to your reservation booked with us and will appear as a Resort Fee line item. You can opt out of cleaning by using the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but the fee is non-refundable. This policy maintains top cleanliness standards during your stay. Cleaning fees vary by service: Daily $101 | Mid-Week $152 | Departure $265.
****Please note that booking this property will require that you complete an ID Verification form that must be submitted to the resort no later than 72 hours before your check-in. The resort will not honor your booking without this completed ID Verification on file.
*****We're happy to welcome your four-legged companions! Dogs only, max 2 per room (up to 50 lbs each). A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee and signed pet policy are required at check-in. Certified service animals are exempt, while emotional support animals follow regular pet rules. Guests may receive a separate email with additional guidelines — please review it carefully.
