Populo Beach Villa, Walk to Beach, Air-Heat Conditioning, near Ponta Delgada

Populo Beach Villa is centrally located on the Islands preferred South Coast. A short 7-minute walk to one of the nicest beaches. Voted by TripAdvisor as best beach on the island. Downtown Ponta Delgada is a 10-minute drive away.

We have just installed air conditioning and heating throughout the home. The office has been completely remodeled with wainscoting, new flooring, and fresh new paint. The bedroom remodels are almost completed

The dedicated work office on the main floor has just been remodeled. There is one gig of upload speed. The ability to connect your laptop to the internet is available through our Ethernet or Wifi. There is also a printer for your convenience.

The upstairs living area (or den) has a sofa bed, TV, and two very large comfortable bean bags for sitting and watching television or playing games. Both bathrooms have showers and the upstairs has a full-size bathtub.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or just heat up leftovers. There are wine glasses, sangria glasses, and more for your enjoyment. The kitchen has utensils as well.

The laundry is off the kitchen area. It has a large washing machine and dryer along with an ironing board and iron. You will also find beach towels in the cabinet in the laundry room.

The outside kitchen is also available should you wish to BBQ. The outside area has two comfortable chairs for those who enjoy being in the sun reading a good book. There is also a television in this area to watch sports and more.

We have added an outside camera by the front door for your protection. There are no cameras inside the house.
