Get the best of both worlds…Upper Silver Lake access and just minutes from the Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan! You will love the large lot with plenty of room to play outside including a large firepit that backs up to the woods and a basketball court. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the view of the lake. The main level of the cottage features an open floor plan with living room (with a queen sofa bed), dinning room, full kitchen and half bath. Upstairs has an open sleeping area that has a twin over a queen bunk bed & twin bunk bed. Master suite has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a king bed as well as a child/toddler bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. One queen air mattress is also available. You will have access to Upper Silver Lake with a guest pass. Enjoy one of the 3 small beach areas available or put your boat on the water and dock at the island! This cottage is cozy and convenient!

Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need from a coffee maker to a toaster; Outside you have a charcoal grill/smoker and a 28" Blackstone griddle! Linens and towels are also provided.

Upper Silver Lake Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay in this cottage. All the rooms were very clean and organized, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and anything else we needed. It was a very comfortable place to stay, with close proximity to town and the dunes.

Best stay we’ve had in Silver Lake

My family comes to Silver Lake every August. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Communication was the best we’ve ever had. The place was nice and clean and bright, and seemed like it was newly redone. Great location, highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay in Silver Lake!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. Highly recommend for a future stay here. The directions made it easy to find and close to all of the attractions. Chantal has provided more than enough to provide for a great stay. We would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Silver Lake region to look no further. 5 Stars!

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

This place was perfect for our annual 4th of July Getaway to Silver lake. It had plenty of room for the adults and kids. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. It even had firewood and a basketball hoop. The kids caught frogs and turtles across the road and were also able to fish. We will certainly be looking to come back.

Family vacation

This was our first stay in this area. We had so much fun. The house was perfect for us equipped with everything you might need. They even had toys which my grandchildren loved! We spent a lot of time on the lake, at the sand dunes and Craig’s Cruisers in town was fun. We will be back!

Cute cottage, lots of room

Great cottage with lots of room for everyone to run around. Private fire pit in the backyard and beautiful lake views. Kitchen had all the essentials. Thanks for a great family weekend.

Excellent Accommodations

Host is excellent about communicating and following up. There were so many essentials there for cooking, grilling, roasting marshmallows, and sleeping in general (air mattresses, linens and towels).The place feels updated and is clean. Love the nautical themed decorations throughout the house, too.

This was a great house with everything you could need! The host was easy to get ahold of and accommodating to any needs we had! The neighborhood was very nice and the neighbors next door were very helpful with a mishap that we had while there. The location is within a 5 minute drive to all the places we wanted to see. Our kids especially loved the outdoor basketball hoop! The husbands loved the Blackstone for cooking our meals! I would definitely recommend this to others if you are staying in the area!

Great cottage for a large group

We had a great stay at this cottage! We had a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 3 to 14. This fit our needs perfectly. There were plenty of inside and outside toys and games for the kids. The fire pit outside was perfect for s’mores. And the location was super convenient to the main Silver Lake attractions. The hosts were very responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Memories made at the Dunes!

This rental was a very nice place for our family to make everlasting memories. It’s super close to several family friendly locations so we didn’t have to drive far to get anywhere. The only downfall was that it didn’t include a tv, which would have been nice when we were stuck inside due to a storm. Other than that- the place was great!

Great property

Everything was as described, no surprises. The property was very well maintained and laid out. Great place to sit out in the morning and drink coffee on the front porch while looking at the lake. We were especially surprised by how well stocked it was with cooking supplies and equipment. It's a quick and easy drive to all of the tourist destinations around town. Would highly recommend.

A great place to stay for the weekend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was spacious enough to fit our large group Inside the house and the driveway was large enough for all our vehicles. The house was very clean and there lots of good amenities such as the blackstone grill and meat smoker! Plus the views of the lake were great too especially during sunset! The owner was easy to get ahold of and answered our questions quickly! Even with our large group there were plenty of towels, pillows, toilet paper, and other items-we never ran out of supplies! We’ll definitely be coming back to the cottage again!!

Not just a cottage, it quickly felt like home

Clean, a lot of room, close to everything fun. If you want a nice lake, its right in front of you. Fun on the sand dunes, 3 minutes away. This place seriously has everything you need or want. It sleeps more people than I even like. Kids had a blast on the lake. A little tip, after 7:30pm is no wake. A great idea to keep it peaceful and quiet. I will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is updated and is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in around the area. It also had plenty of room to park our large trailer with our toys for the dunes.

Perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Very convenient to Silver Lake and all of the attractions. The kids enjoyed the small community beach and the nice backyard. Host was very helpful and responsive.
