This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom corner unit is on the ground floor with lots of light and easy beach access. The condo is oceanfront with accommodations for up to four guests. This popular unit has many regular visitors due to its updated décor and amenities. The living room in this condo is painted a soft tan with a beautiful fabric patterned sofa and matching armchair. The room has a glass and black metal coffee table and two lighted end tables. The media stand across the way holds a flat screen Samsung TV with a blue ray DVD player, stereo and VCR below. In addition the condo comes with Direct TV satellite and high-speed wireless Internet. You can watch your favorite TV shows, play movies and even upload vacation pictures to Face Book for your friends and family to see. You can get to the patio through a set of sliding glass doors in the living room or the dining room. In the dining room there is a round glass top table with a black metal base and four cushioned chairs. There is a lovely chandelier hanging above the table to illuminate the area in the evenings. Across the way there is a large china cabinet loaded with glasses, plates and serving pieces. Next to the cabinet you have your own private purified drinking water cooler. There is a side patio off the dining area that looks out to the magnificent Princessa courtyard. The kitchen has newly updated granite counter tops with black appliances and fully loaded cupboards and drawers. The kitchen has everything you would need to feel as if you were cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a built-in counter bar with stools that complement the dining room table chairs. The master bedroom has a king size wood framed bed with an arched wood and wrought iron headboard. Each side of the bed has its own-lighted dark wood bedside table. One of the tables has a speaker system where you can plug in your Ipod or Iphone to listen to music. The room also has a dresser on the opposite wall with a large TV and DVD player. There is a small double door closet on each side of the bay view window and a lower storage compartment where you can stow your shoes and suitcases. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink mirrored vanity and additional double-mirrored door closet. The private bathroom has a tub, shower and commode. The 2nd guest bedroom has a full/queen bunk bed with a dark alder wood frame and bright blue bedding. The room includes a dresser with a TV and a nightstand with a reading lamp. The room has a window that views the condo entrance and a large double-mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower made of travertine with a single mirrored sink vanity and a commode. The patio is furnished with a round glass top table and four chairs. The patio extends very far out which would make it the perfect condo to have a celebration.
