La Perla New Years

Amazing apartment, host was very professional. Check in was a breeze. The beach was very enjoyable. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This property is truly one of a kind. It was immaculately clean, beautiful, modern, spacious and has the most amazing views to enjoy with the whole family!!! The heated pool and the hot tub are so perfect for the kids, we swam even in the wind and rain and had an amazing time. The reason this place really stood out was the above and beyond customer service we received from the owner. She was so careful to explain every detail and was immediately responsive for anything we needed. The place has everything you could possibly need, everything is such high quality, and it is super cozy! We cant wait to return one day!

Beautiful apartment

Apartment has been recently renovated , top notch appliances and excellent location . Great communication with owner and always quick to respond. The apartment advertise as a 4 bedroom apartment but it is actually 3 bedroom and a den that sofa converts to a bed . You won’t be disappointed with it .

My love affair with Florida began 17 years ago when I purchased my first 2-bedroom condo in the beautiful LaPerla building. As my family continued to grow, so did our need for space, prompting us to move upstairs to the LaPerla penthouse.

I've made the heartfelt decision to share the joy of our oceanfront penthouse with others by offering it for rent, but with a special twist. Our penthouse is available for rental just twice a year during the most cherished holiday periods: Christmas and New Year holidays and Passover. This unique rental opportunity not only allows guests to experience the magic of our property but also helps me cover the costs of maintenance and taxes. It's a way for us to open our doors to fellow travelers during these special times while ensuring that our beloved penthouse continues to shine year-round.
