The holiday home is situated in a secured estate with 25 houses and a shared pool, making it the perfect choice for a relaxed family vacation or a romantic getaway for two. With our battery back-up, you'll also be covered during load shedding.
The space
The beach house in Hout Bay is the perfect starting point to explore the surrounding area. Visit the famous beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, drive along the spectacular Chapman's Peak Drive, or take a boat trip to Robben Island. Book today and experience the vacation of a lifetime! The open living area is flooded with light and spacious. You'll feel relaxed and on vacation mode as soon as you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. The dining area accommodates 6-8 people.

The beach house has direct access to the beach. No road disturbs the peace, only the sound of the sea can be heard. The sun deck invites you to relax under the stars with a hot tub.

There are 3 bedrooms. The bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, separate shower, and double vanity.

The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and both have a queen-size bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and single vanity.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs with DSTV/Netflix, and the entire house has Wi-Fi, so you can watch your favorite shows on the big Smart TV.

The living room is located upstairs. Sofas and daybeds are available for relaxation, with a dreamy view of the sandy beach and picturesque bay while watching the romantic sundowner on the balcony.

Upstairs, a staircase leads to the roof terrace, offering privacy for sunbathing and a spectacular 360-degree view. The gentle summer breeze and the smell of the Atlantic make you forget everything...

Furthermore, two cars can fit in a double garage.

As an enthusiastic VW lover, Christoph owns a T2 VW Babe Blu vintage bus and loves to share his passion with you. He also rents out e-bikes and organizes tours so you can explore the area in the most beautiful way possible.
