Thanksgiving Retreat

Great Getaway!

Loved the location! It was quiet and beautiful. A great place to relax. We used it as base camp to explore the Smokies. The cabin was amazing and Maggie Valley was great!

2nd stay was as lovely as the 1st!

This was our second stay at Storybook Falls and it was as lovely as the first. The cabin is cozy and well appointed with everything needed. Time spent on the swinging porch bed overlooking the creek with the wonderful sounds of nature can't be beat. Communication with the very kind hosts was excellent. We are already thinking about our next stay there!

Wonderful quiet spot in the mountains!

We had a wonderful time at the Storybook Falls cabin. We thought the photos might have been too good to be true and were thrilled to find the house exceeded expectations! Comfortable home, relaxing porch set-up. Loved the fire pit and hot tub! Well-located on the quiet side of the Smokies. Great spot for our family of 5 + dog. We even saw more elk down the road than in the park!

Cozy, Peaceful Cabin and Setting

We love Storybook Falls! Close enough to restaurants and shopping and yet far enough out to enjoy the home & peaceful surroundings that exceeded our expectations. We loved swinging on the porch daybed overlooking the creek and waterfalls. There are great hiking trails bordering this property! Inside the cabin you will find it clean, cozy and tastefully modernized and decorated while still having the rustic mountain cabin appeal. We are already making plans to return!

I’m keeping this cabin tucked away in my pocket for safe keeping. Best kept secret in Maggie Valley!

When we got to the log cabin it was very pleasant and calming. The owners have outdone themselves with all the personal touches. We loved storybook falls which is next to the cabin. Once we entered the home it was just as advertised…. my our personal option (maybe better). We were traveling with 6 family members as well as pets. The home had all the amenities that our family needed. The outdoor area was Awesome… Wrap around porch with Hot Tub and a fire pit area at the end of the driveway ( which was off the hook ) the lighting at night sets this whole outside area off !!! Ain’t gotta worry about us coming back cause We Already Making Plans ❤️ Thanks for providing such a rememberable vacation.

The cascading creek and waterfall running through the property! Plus it is perfectly tucked away in the mountains for privacy, yet conveniently located to Maggie Valley and the surrounding area.

We have a a modern updated cabin while still keeping and giving you that cozy traditional cabin feel. We also have a private waterfall that you can enjoy from the firepit area, hot tub, hanging day bed. Lastly, we have a massive 4ft x 8ft floating deck hammock that you will not find anywhere else in the maggie valley area!
